Kids were disappointed at the toy they got. While the store carries innovative products and associates are attentive, they DO NOT back up the products they sell. Some products are falsely advertised and it's "buy at your own risk".

I got 3 fossil geode already expecting they may not be great but at least the product info stated "made sure there are BEAUTIFUL SPARKLING QUARTZ CRYSTALS INSIDE". Absolutely NOTHING SPARKLY, NOT EVEN DULL CRYSTAL found after kids crack them. I immediately retuenes the 2 untouched ones. I asked if they can maybe issue store credit for the cracked one since it is DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They gave me store credit for the unopened ones instead, but won't compensate anything for the cracked one, claiming "THEY GOT IT FROM A VENDOR". With that said, I do not know how much of the toys they carry is their stock and how many are from "vendors". Anything from vendors, you better buy from target or walmart or Amazon in case it is false advertised you can get your money back.

I checked on amazon for the same item and people do get sparkly crystal inside these "man made" rocks. If there is a slight chance of returning a toy, for whatever reason, I would advice against buying it here, not that the store is bad or people are bad, but just because they act merely as a display shelf with no commitment on product quality control. While my kids love this store, I am rather disappointed with my most recent interaction here. They couldn’t exchange or provide any alternative to fix a slime that we purchased from them yesterday. It was clearly old and damaged but they kept referring to their policy to not accept slime returns and never paid attention to the fact that it was an old and didn’t stretch at all. The representative said she had a store to run and left it that. Is it really our problem if their product is damaged???? I am stuck with it because they have a store to run. I can’t see myself trusting them...

My daughter adores this shop. There are so many amazing sensory toys to choose from. The prices are on point as well.

The woman working here the last time we went, needs to chill a bit though. She was following me and my daughter around the store. I think she was trying to be discreet, but every few seconds she'd pop up behind us and look over our shoulders. I'm not going to steal your sensory toys. It's off-putting feeling like your every step is being closely monitored.
