I hope this gets to the right people. Last night was my first time at PGA and because it was dark and I not being the best with directions I was not able to find the lounge. I pulled over to ask an employee on a golf cart by the name of Tiffany. She went above and beyond to help me and even had me follow her to the right location and later checked up on me. She was the kindest person and a real Angel. I was nervous and she put me at ease and have never experienced something like this outside of my time in the military. Thank you Tiffany for your loving kindness.
Now onto the restaurant. This too was a great experience and the two ladies working our table were also so very kind and were the best. I will be bringing my family back to eat here.
Thank you for the best of the best of customer service. Thank you Tiffany for helping me out! Lots of love to you and your team....

It is no surprise that the PGA placed two 18 hole courses here, a cavernous Practice area and a wonderful outdoor space for kids only
The GM is a talented young man - Nikolay Terevinski (sp?) who has quickly assembled a staff of super caring concierges and guest services folks
This is not just everyTHING that is right with golf, it is a testimony to all that is right and good and futuristic about the Professional Golfer’s Association

This was the worst experience I have had playing golf. The weather was pretty bad, cold and windy. The course was not crowded. The Marshalls stayed on us the entire round about playing in 4 hours, which we did. It was like playing speed golf. The winds were blowing 25-35 mph. We couldn’t even enjoy something from the snack bar as the Marshalls were on us again. I would suggest the management look into this. The course was fine and in good shape, it would have been nice to enjoy it especially on how much it cost to play. I look forward to hearing...
