This coffee shop was our only poor experience with our stay at the PGA Omni resort. They had expired food in their cold case (expired 3 days ago) yogurt parfaits and salads. The donut in their case was $7! We were told that they could not make the smoothies that are on their menu with no apology. The sticky bun was good, but not warmed enough. Couldn't be happier with my experience. Came in for a quick coffee and ended up buying more. Natalie was the Manager, and took the time to walk me through the menu and helped ring me in. The entire staff was super pleasant. I have stayed at plenty of resorts, but the shops are always lacking in service and experience. I will be back because of service and...
