Took our family here for some post-recital celebratory libations and good food. We had a party of 7 with one being a toddler. Only took a couple minutes to get us a table set up and sat down. Beautiful new clean restaurant. We started with the chex mix and the cheese bread. They were the perfect appetizers. The cheese bread was gone super quick as everyone loved the cheesy dough with fig and spiced guava preserves. As for cocktails, my wife had the spicy paloma spritz and I the sweet tea smash. Both were wonderful, but my sweet tea smash was the bomb. So much so, my wife had one for her second round. Kudos to the team for the concoction. For my main course, my wife, father-in-law, and I all ordered the lobster roll with fries. It was just the perfect dish for this early summertime heat. The fries were the best. These are my favorite style of french fries and I can never get enough. Kid's had farfalle with butter and cheese and they couldn't have been happier. For dessert, Chef Rafael came out personally and served us the dessert sampler. Bread pudding and ice cream, cream brulee puff, the ranch house cookies, and fruit. The cookies were top notch! Thanks again to Chef Rafael and his team here. They made us feel extra special with their amazing hospitality and wonderful food. We can't wait to come back in one month for our anniversary.

We celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary here and we loved it! I reserved a table on Google and it was super convenient (took me not even a minute)! I came in early and was able to pick a table right away because they were not busy (6pm on Sunday). Our table was next to the windows so we could see the golf course and we felt so peaceful! Our server took care of us well, took pictures for us and even gave us a dessert for our anniversary! I got the Fish and Chips and everything about that dish was yummy! I also got the soup of the day which was Clam Chowder and I loved it so much even though I am usually very picky when it comes to Clam Chowder. My husband got the Grain Bowl with Chicken, it was good enough but not impressive, the portion was a bit smaller than we thought. The Bread Pudding and Ice Cream was awesome, it was one of the best I've ever had. Overall, our experience here was amazing and would definitely come back.

So I’m not sure why this place has five stars. We will definitely not be back here. Our waitress was very forgetful About the simplest things. It started with her giving us water, and quickly taking our order for an appetizer. This is not where the issue lied. I had gently asked her for some lemons on the side, I did not receive lemons at all for my water The entire time that I was there. My husband was through his 1st cup of drinking water within 15 minutes of us being there, she did not remember to fill up his water. In fact, she took his cup that was empty and did not give him any water back. Until 15 mins later she asked “how we were doing” and at that point I advised her to fill up his water again. She herself did not do that. She had someone else fill up his water. Then, another waitress overheard me stating that the appetizer was taking quite a long time, we feel like we should have placed an order at that point. As soon as the waitress overheard me, she went to go tell our waitress to take our order. So she took our order and then the first appetizer came out. The nachos were mid. No spice, very little seasoning, a lot of fluff and not much taste. Our main entries came out which we ordered a prime rib, with the sweet potato and Demi glaze. We also ordered mashed potatoes and truffle fries. Out of the entire meal the truffle fries took the cake. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The prime rib that we got was gray and brown on the sides and then extremely red in the middle, almost like Someone did not bother to even cook the meat, rather they just put it on A stove, flipped it two or three times, and served it to us. The mashed potatoes also had no taste whatsoever. You would think that something is upscale is this in our bill coming out to more than $200, this food would have been sending our taste buds through the roof. Not only that, but the waitress felt like it was hygienic to leave the serving table where she provided us food right next to our dinner table, and continue to place plates from other tables that were already empty on it right next to us. How disgusting! Unfortunately, the price was not worth the food. The waitress was very nice, but I really feel like she was overwhelmed. So much so that she had to advise our table several times that she is just so busy and she apologizes. Very nice person, but she has too much on her plate. This place is a one star. We were also told there would be live music and a New Year’s Eve celebration and instead of that, they ended up turning off TVs and cutting off music 30 minutes after us being there. Will never...

RE: Concerning Unprofessional and Disrespectful Conduct by Evening Male Bartenders and staff.

Regarding the conduct of two of your bartenders in particular, working the evening shift.... Their less than desirable behavior toward me and my guests has been consistently disrespected and unprofessional — at times even HOSTILE. Such treatment is unacceptable in any business, particularly one that relies on hospitable customer service and a respectable community reputation.

Its never OK to treat customers in this disgraceful manner. These male individuals appear visibly dissatisfied with their roles and have displayed conduct that could reasonably be perceived as discriminatory or harassing in nature. This creates an unwelcome and uncomfortable environment for paying customers!

Please understand that my intention is not merely to complain, but to increase awareness, and bring your attention to a serious issue that directly impacts customer SAFETY, satisfaction, and your establishment’s public image.

My friends and I have zero interest in supporting any business that allows and tolerates disrespectful or aggressive behavior toward its patrons!!!

I trust that you will take the appropriate corrective action to ensure your staff uphold a professional standard of courtesy...
