A Delightful continued Experience at the Lookout Lounge, Omni PGA Frisco

Nestled within the Omni PGA Frisco, the Lookout Lounge offers an exquisite atmosphere that perfectly complements its stunning surroundings. During our recent visit, we were greeted by an ambiance that effortlessly combined elegance with relaxation, making it the ideal spot to unwind after a day of activities.

One of the highlights of our visit was the exceptional service provided by the talented bartender, Antonio. His warm demeanor and genuine friendliness added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. Antonio's skill in mixology is truly unparalleled, as he effortlessly crafted some of the most exquisite drinks we've ever had the pleasure of tasting. Each concoction was a delightful blend of flavors, expertly crafted to perfection.

What sets the Lookout Lounge apart for us is undoubtedly Antonio's presence. His attentive service and charming personality have become the main reason why we frequent this establishment. Whether it's recommending a new cocktail or engaging in friendly conversation, Antonio goes above and beyond to ensure that every visit is memorable.

Overall, our experience at the Lookout Lounge was nothing short of exceptional. From the inviting atmosphere to the outstanding service provided by Antonio, it's a place that we'll continue to return to time and time again. If you're looking for a refined yet welcoming environment with top-notch cocktails and a friendly bartender, look no further than the Lookout Lounge at the...

First time to try the Lookout and the bar tender didn’t move from the other side of the bar for 5 minutes. I waited thinking he was making drinks. No one else was at the bar. 7 top came in and a server and host greeted them and sat them. They both looked at me and went on their way. They could have said something to the bartender that I was there. I got up to call for the bartender who I then realize is having a conversation with another employee. The host summoned the bar tender to the back kitchen so now no one is at the bar to serve.

Waited another 5 minutes and the bartender comes back in the front door and now sees me. He says, be there in a just minute. Starts up another conversation with a server then pours a drink for a table and disappears.

I got up to leave and as I am out the door he runs over to serve me. 15 minutes and not one person acknowledged my existence.

I went to the Icehouse on the same property and got service right away.

Hopefully next time I try the Lookout someone will be on the “Lookout” and not having conversations with the other staff.

The Omni Lookout Lounge is one of our favorite spots to unwind and take in the ambiance of the venue and beautiful view. However, I have to share that the only reason we go there is because of our favorite bartender, Antonio. His skills and personality are on point and although he always remembers exactly what I like, when in a mood for something unique or different he masterfully whips up something I always love. He has a genuine, kind spirit that shows in his demeanor towards you as soon as you walk in and sit down. He cares about what you want and then makes sure you are enjoying every sip. It is mesmerizing to just watch him make the cocktails. Mixology at its finest. Antonio makes you feel at home and always serves us with a smile. Blessed to know him and be able to visit and enjoy our time and feel like you are sitting across from someone who cares and takes what he does seriously on all levels. He’s one of...

I’m surprised this bar has a high rating. I had two Old Fashioned, each one taste different from the other, and they are hotel prices. My girlfriend’s Moscow Mule was just Vodka with tonic, so that had to be sent back. Stains on the carpet. The charcuterie board in the image was $20. The meatballs were cold / lukewarm, I suspect warmed up in a microwave. Waitress was great, bar staff not so much, behaved like they were rushed off their feet, there was like 8 people in the whole bar. Couches are nice though, when they clean up the stains on the carpet. Atmosphere was great, but food and drink was well below expectations for an establishment in of this reputation.

Oh honey, let’s talk about the hotel bar at Omni PGA Frisco. First off, stunning. Like, absolutely gorgeous. The kind of place where you sip your drink and feel just a little bit fancier than you actually are. The view? 10/10. The bartenders? Hilarious. These guys have jokes, and I’m here for it. But let’s address the lighting situation. Why is it so bright at night? We’re trying to sip cocktails, not perform surgery. Dim the lights, set the mood, let us live. Get the strawberry cheesecake sandwich. And no, it’s not what you think. It’s a gigantic macaron stuffed with ice cream. WHO did this? WHO gave them permission? Because I need to thank them personally.

Stopped by The Lookout for a quick drink on my way home from work and was thoroughly impressed. Great ambiance and even better drinks! I told Antonio what I like, and he whipped me up a delicious drink that wasn't even on the menu. The Lookout is the perfect place for any sort of Happy Hour. I sat at the bar, so my service was 5 Stars. The outer couch seating areas don't have Server(s) and Antonio was the only bartender at the time, so it did get a little congested from people trying to order then wait to take their drinks back to wherever they were sitting.
