I recently found a dimond ring in my bed room and a sapphire ring as well while I was clearing it out, and I wanted to know if they were real. I walked into Jean’s Jewlers and was ignored for about 10 minutes while they were talking to each other. I figured it was a customer she was working with so I was patient, however it turned out to be just another lady working there. Finally they asked me what I needed and I asked for them to see if the dimond and sapphire was real. I was then told that it was “the busiest time of the year” and that they would not have time for that today. I walked a block down the street to Nicolle’s Jewlery designs and was greeted by a kind lady who was more than happy to check the rings (which took only a minute). I found out the sapphire ring was real and the lady offered me suggestions for how to repair the ring and was more than happy to do that. I would have paid Jean’s to do it, but with customer service like that I doubt I will be going in...
