Five Below — Local services in Fullerton

I was not having a good day mentally and I was overstimulated. I came in here to buy keychain straps for my water bottle. I found three of them and I thought they were really cute. I go to self check out to purchase and the girl came over to assist me and I told her it’s OK. I got it. I get overstimulated when somebody stands over me, she still stand over me and watch me. I was so confused by this interaction. I already informed her that I got it and it’s OK and she’s like I know go ahead you can bring up I felt so uncomfortable like I was stealing or doing something wrong below this is not OK. I understand that kids may skip scan or do something wrong but you don’t have to make a grown adult feel like they’re doing something wrong. This is so uncomfortable. I was very uncomfortable. You have a great selection, yes, but I have a couple frustrations which I can't support you anymore. Why do you always only have one ,yes one self scan open? You have ten self scan machines, but have one open. Never fails .

Second of all, you have an employee that stands at the self scan, and doesn't just watch me scan my items, no no you guys take this even further which I can't stand, your employees scaned my item and slid my card. Talk about evasive! I do not want someone that close! Please re evaluate...

I know these stores have been around for a while but I had not stepped foot in any of them until today. As I walked in the store the young girl greeted me. The store is filled with so many things and of course $5 below. They also have a several items that are a little over $5. There are many items that can be stocking stuffers for the children.
