The restroom i used for the toilet did not have toilet paper left as i was not able to use . The customer services are the questions needs replies to be answers by also the the employee as was not able to know about my asked question regarding to know if the breads are unbleached made i wanna know how they are knowledged of their trained customer service as needs more improvements as need to learn to know more for better service if it is really considered as customer's consumer rights right ? While i was busy for payments related expenses since my 2015 business deal unpaid business job'$ totals due to the immigrant business partner's corrupted money laudering activities as revealed by my own ways as adds to show as proofs related for my financially effected unorganized misused and interrupted financial privacies as printed out receipts to show incase if neeeded ! As meanwhile my teeth was bleeding beacause of my fake crown not replaced due to the uncovered financial payments as uncompleted as i wanted and disagreed for my sent letter to the labor department about my financial unpaid job meanwhile i was unable to invest my own financial future plans as i wanted as i was unable to use the toilet paper as there was not any toilet paper left ! If others as responsible to their job rightly not knowing rightly to do it is theiir own to be held accountable of wrongly insufficient done works of their own as needs to work more to search learning how not to waste time by gossip , jokes and more wastes of times makesno sense of logics how they do of their system as needs to be testified as the judgement from the court decision to be sued as to file lawsuits against the company as my customer rights if needed for me to do incase as put on hold . I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with this particular store in the hopes that management will take action.

I came in today to spend a couple of hours eating and working. I spent $17+ for a bowl of soup, a loaf of bread and iced tea. Setting aside, that this is too much, I was willing to overpay for the convenience of being able to sit for a couple of hours and get some work done.

I like the Panera chain because, on the rare occasion, I want to get my fill of bread and they have GREAT bread. Today was no exception. Except every loaf of French Baguette was noticeably undercooked. The crust is supposed to be crisp. This was not.

When I went up to the front counter to request a different loaf (I eventually was forced to settle for a bread bowl) I waited over 5 minutes for any employee to show their face. I did not request a refund as that would have put even more burden on the staff. This location is SEVERELY understaffed.

Another reason I like to go to Panera is because of their great selection of unsweetened tea. Today, this did not exist. The only unsweetened choice was Black Tea. Parts of the dispenser were purposely left empty. I can't imagine how this location would pass a franchise inspection.

Finally, I came in to use the internet to get some work done. Well, like every other part of this visit, this was unsatisfactory. Each web page I went to took a minimum of 30 seconds to load. I am not expecting great speed, but this is not usable.

Please note, if any one of these issues were alone you would not see this review. But this particular location has serious need of managerial attention. I hope they get it because it is not fair to the customers,...

This location is the worst Panera I've ever been to. The past 3 times I've went here they have messed up my order. I let the last 2 times slide but this time I decided to call and ask them to remake it. When I went to pick up my order, the manager saw me walk in but decided to make me wait at the counter until he decided he was ready to come over, even though he wasn't doing anything but standing there when I came in. Once he came over he grabbed my bag and just tossed/flopped it onto the counter and said "here you go". Not once did I get an, "I apologize for your order being wrong" or "sorry you had to come all the way back" NOTHING. Very rude and disrespectful. This food is already very overpriced for the quality and quantity, so the least they can do is make it right and give you all your items. You can guarantee to have rude/horrible service every time at this location and either missing items or food made improperly. The best part about it was when I brought my "remade" food back home and it was STILL WRONG! Lol it was a minor mistake the second time around by missing something I added to the sandwich, but it's the principle that they still couldn't get it right even after being very rude.
