From cute clothes for your pet to huge bird cages and lots and lots of food, OTC meds and the best part a VERY FRIENDLY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. They also have party favors for your pet to celebrate their birthday and just as a special treat for them. I have been here many times prior and before the pandemic crisis. I have 2 little ones and recently found out that a certain kind of food was being discontinued, in a panic I think I drove to every Trader Joe's looking for the food. Lucky for me, the babies still had enough to survive, the end of the world according to them. Now one thing I despise doing is price comparison and brand. Instead decided to see what the Feed & let supply store could offer. Kudos to the young man who stopped on his project to make sure he helped me with what I needed for my dogs. Not only was he helpful but also knew enough info to make my decision easier. So happy I did, because my little ones go insane when they hear the can of food open. Very VERY clean location, the cashier check-outs are covered and sanitized every time a customer makes their final purchase. I will go back for the food. The only bad thing I have to say is the prices are a little too high but if you love your pet that much it's worth it so enjoy shopping at this location in Fullerton. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with your frequent buyer dog food program. As a loyal customer, I recently purchased my 11th bag, expecting to receive the 12th bag for free. However, I was shocked to discover that I would be charged taxes on the supposedly free bag.

Throughout my interactions with your employees, I have never been informed about paying the tax. I only remember being told I would be charged 1 PENNY for the free bag. Your staff members consistently mention the benefit of the program, stating that if customers buy 10 bags, they will receive the 11th bag free. However, at no point do I ever hear anyone mention that taxes would be applied to the free bag.

To make matters worse, there are no signs or notices displayed in your store or at the register that state taxes will be charged on the free bag. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and leaves customers feeling deceived and taken advantage of.

As a result of this experience, I have made the difficult decision to no longer patronize your business. It is disheartening to see a company I once trusted fail to uphold its promises and neglect to communicate crucial information to its customers.

This Place is Normally good. But today, the Manager on site BRYAN (Reddish hair with a beard) was being a real "Richard" if you know what Nick name goes to Richard. You know what I mean. They had a special because of Christmas. $5 off if you spend $25. Today is Xmas Eve. So I took the liberty to help my mom out by picking up some treats for our dog. When my mom signed up for the rewards. She just had her phn # added. Not her email. So she didn't get an email coupon. I had her Crdt Card in her name. Yet they would not honor the $5 off coupon because She was not present. Yet THEY STILL WOULD LET ME MAKE A PURCHASE W/HER CRDT CRD. (THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY, EVEN IF IT'S NOT UR NAME.
