It’s Thursday 9:27 PM 17 April I just came from Home Depot placentia I’ve been loyal at Home Depot placentia california as pro extra member since 2015.
The main point of this communication is that I really had a bad experience today on your branch one of your employee which is assigned to aisle 8 electrical wiring is very unprofessional lazy empty head and rude. I been waiting for him for 30 mins according to one of the staff he went on break. So i just patiently waiting for him. When he arrived he was holding this toothpick trying to remove dirt on his mouth. For me that is disrespect and rude, but i just ignore that behavior because i need help on wiring. And my back hurts because originally i also grabbed stuff for my front yard heavy stuff such soil and garden decor stones. Going back this home depo staff with rude behavior told me he was not assign in electrical so he said he didnt know about electrical. He came just cut the wire. I said ok, i have this point lamp that i was asking his opinion and he answered me he doesnt know then i said im sorry your not assign here. i am willing to wait for the staff who is really assign here he mention that the staff is on break. That was 9:20pm seriously they are still getting break 30 mins before closing. Anyways i ask him is there like a supervisor who can help me, and he told me theres no supervisor. Seriously! I am so disappointed today from now on im not coming back on that home depo placentia! Anymore im going to cut that extra pro membership card after 15 years being loyal member. Just because of that lazy staff. I went to the counter to pay my garden stuff and i found out he is actually assign on electrical section, i said this is iit! Left my cart and I’m so disappointed i wont be coming back to that home dep0 placentia! That short curly rude staff if i remember the supervisor lady said brian im not sure. Anyways i invest and buy to Lowe’s with good professional staff they never ignore customers! Check my account xxxxxx6595 initials rrL been loyal pro xrtra member since 2015. Read moreI ordered a grinch theme Max the dog metal stake online. I went to go pick it up and the app wasn't working right so I went into the store. I waited in line and I was not helped even though I was next in line. Instead the associate helped the 2 men who cut infront of me. Even after she helped them she started to walk away until I moved to a much uncrowded area of the counter. When she did start helping me I could tell she wasn't happy that I said something about her not paying attention to the people in line. In the time that she helped she and another Co worker started discussing other coworkers shifts and the fact that they weren't happy about the shifts. This is very unprofessional to do as an employee in front of customers and should remain in private. When the associate went to get the order she set it on the counter and was about to walk away until I said that's not what I ordered. She said something about the skew not being right. Had the employee who pulled it off the shelf looked at the item and the description, they would have known the skew and item did not match. I did speak to a manager and I did bring all these concerns to her attention and unfortunately I could tell she didn't want to hear what I had to say and said "2other stores have x amount". Made up an excuse as to why the employee didn't connect the dots. If you work there than as an employee you need to become familiar with the products sold in store! I don't ever order things online from the home depot because even when visiting the store you hardly ever meet anyone who works there is actually happy to work there! You can never find anyone on the floor to help customers. In fact the customers have to go find the employees themselves. When we do find an employee they'll say "this isn't my area, let me page someone for you". You hope for the best for an employee to show up! Today's visit...
Read moreWent to the HD store to order a dishwasher turns out no one was working in appliance department. Call the manager and a confirm the worker is out and they have no backup person to cover sales at the department. The hastily send me to the customer service desk to make the order. Service desk just say this is not what they do and it is just the same as I go home and order it online while she was busy with her own paper work. A different associate with a kind soul at the service desk overheard and came over and help me order it at the store computer. What is the point of a brick and mortar store with employees in sales? The dishwasher was delivered on schedule. But the crew was in a rush and did not install some of the parts onto the dishwasher. Called customer service and had to schedule another crew to come back on another day, but this time carrying the wrong part. The crew did not bother to make a call to the office to rectified the issue and left it is up to me to call customer service again. Another crew was assigned and scheduled on another day after the following weekend. This time the crew was not given any part based on the crew saying they were expecting a different model number than the one that actually is partially installed. No one bothered to check the order number which was referenced on every call of which exact machine was installed. This crew however have the decency to call the office on the spot to clarify what is needed and took picture of the page out of the installation book that describes the part that is missing and not installed. The office have to schedule yet another visit for the installation of the part. This installation experience really is the all time worst. I paid for a professional installation and yet after 5 days the dishwasher is still not fully installed and fully functional. I want a refund for the professional...
