Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Fullerton

I was greeted coming in which is always nice. The young lady who took my order appeared to be an airhead & I am being nice. First off, if you’re going to wear a mask, wear it correctly. There is no point covering your mouth I’d your nose / nostrils are exposed. This defeating the purpose. Second, I ordered a Big Cheese. She asks me to repeat. Again I tell her Big Cheese. She just stares at me. Blank look in her eyes. Standing still like a statue. I ask her “Did you get that? Big Cheese.” She acknowledges & isn’t doing anything but just stands there. So I continue & tell her I am redeeming my reward for a soda. She then starts punching her keys on the register. The whole transaction was strange.

My burger is brought to me by another gal & almost as fast as she can set the plate down on the table, the gal starts to walk off. I tell I would like yellow peppers (she’s already like 2 or 3 steps away from me) and ….she walks off before I can say napkins. Again she returns & puts peppers on table & I said napkins.

I’ve never gotten this kind of poor service.

The restaurant looked clean, which really surprised me because that is usually my complaint that there are no clean tables.

My burger was good even though I got the part of the lettuce that I don’t like.

Just passed by the DT 2/2/22 time. 23:21:16 and they forgot my fries but I noticed as soon as I exit the drive thru so I parked & go inside, there was a lady there black straight hair to her shoulders helping the guy at the window. I tell her “you guys forgot my fries” she doesn’t even say anything to me just turns around, grab the fries and gives me the bag (like in a swinging matter) no words, nothing, not even sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Her face seemed bother too. I asked what size were the fries since I ordered medium and they looked kind of small, again she looked at me again like being bother and says “we only have one size” and turns around. I used to work in fast food places, many of them and I’lll always greeted customers with a smile even if I was having a bad day. Maybe she needs to stay behind the scenes & put someone friendly...

I don't even know where to start. I went drive through and their add is very deceiving. It said a Tasty combo for $ 4.90 . When i asked for that, I can't even repeat the answer I got because it was so complicated I never understood it. Haha. She gave me the run around and I ended up paying $15 for a cheeseburger combo (small). The zucchinis were a real joke. In fact my friend and I had a crack up. They were huge 4 pieces. A big zucchini cut in four the long way. They looked so tacky, they were really hard and so watery, no crust. We thought it was a prank to us but I guess that's how they make them. We had a good laugh, good thing because we were going to go in and tell them they looked and tasted disgusting. So we wasted over $20 in food we ended throwing away. Please...
