These people are a joke. I met this lady Angie from her ad on OfferUp. I was trying to buy a Galaxy Note 8 for my wife because she lost her phone. I told Angie that I would like to buy two if she gives me a good deal because I can't let my wife get a brand new phone and me not one. She made a deal with me and I was $200 short so she told me to go to the ATM machine and she will be right there when I got back. I dropped my iPad and I was so happy that they could fix it for $99 and $10 to fix the dent in the corner. One month later with no dropping or mishaps the previously dented corner screen area cracked and is falling out in pieces! I called and was told that ANY pressure would crack the screen and the only way to remedy this problem was to replace the back cover for $100. Well, now my only option is to pay $200 to "fix" it again. Had i known this I would of replaced it all of it in the beginning. Now, if I repair it I've would of invested $300 in an old iPad?! I could of bought a new one...
