Old Havana Cigar Bar — Local services in Gadsden

I can only comment on the beer side of their service. The people seem to be nice. They have a pretty nice place and seem to have a good selection of cigars. I don't smoke but would visit because they have a good selection of craft beer. My issue or complaint is with the management I have spoken to. They have a very good beer selection in a cooler against the wall behind the bar and behind the people sitting at the bar. What this means is you can see what they have or ask the bar tender what they have because he is at times waiting on customers. You also have to get all over the customers at the bar. I find it frustrating and behind the times in all honesty. When I respectfully and professionally addressed they need a beer menu with two different managers and I just received excuses. They obviously are not very motivated. They said the beer menu changed a little at times so they could not keep up with it. Come on man! How long does it take to bring up a Word file and hit the back space button??? I explained you can easily change a menu in a word file and print it on a piece of paper. More excuses and one guy was pretty defensive. Basically just being lazy. It's ironic to have a good selection of beer that customers can't easily see to buy. (Blackstone on Broad St. has one and a decent selection also) If they had a beer menu as most places their sales would increase. When you go to a restaurant there is always a menu. Is it really that difficult? You would think the owner would want to provide the best service he could to his customers... I will give them credit that they have done a good job with the old building and the decor is nice and the service has been good. They appear to have a very large selection of cigars also. You just can't see or tell what freaking beer they have...

This is absolutely the cleanest place, I have ever been in. When I first walked in, I expected to smell strong cigar smoke, but I didn't..... I am not a cigar smoker, but am a light cigarette smoker. The cigar smells were pleasant and not overpowering.

Adam was behind the bar, I explained that I was hearing impaired & also mentioned that I read lips. When he answered my questions, he looked directly at me, so I could read his lips! He was very kind and made me a delicious "White Russian".

It is a nice mellow place, where you can enjoy a great driink, cigar & the company of your friends! My friends and I will definitely be returning there!

This place is very nice, cleanest bar I have ever scene. It’s low lit which makes for a great atmosphere. It is a wonderful hang out spot, and also quiet for those who do not like big crowds and a wild place to spend your time. They include a large selection of cigars, and drinks with plenty of seating. Which include tables, and also couches in the very back. The bartender was very helpful, and knowledgeable on their products. It’s a wonderful place to spend your late nights...
