I had the worst experience last night. I called in a Togo order around 9 o'clock, I'm extremely tired from a long day. I ordered the exact same thing I ordered the day before but my total was $2 more. I asked the girl who took my order (Ally) why was my total different than the day before. With much attitude and very rudely she said "umm you ordered extra jalapeno which is $1 you ordered extra sauce which is .50 and a headbanger sauce which is .50 which brings your total to $18.95." well actually I wanted extra spicy mayo but she was so rude and nasty, I asked if the owner was there. (I have spoken to him several times and I wondered if he was around with her speaking to customers in that manner) she quickly shut me down and said even nastier "NO!!!" At this point I didn't want to change my sauce that she had wrong so I said "ok you can take the headbanger sauce off" she smacked her lips and said "fine" then I said "OK" and she hung up the phone. I then thought about this girl preparing my food and I quickly called back and said "could you cancel my order and what is your name" she said "it's Ally and that's fine have a good night!!!" pretty nasty and hung up the phone. Now, as a trained chef I normally would not patronize with a business after such a rude conversation but because I've met the owner and I've heard him speaking about the business being slow (which now I understand why it's slow), so I decided to support anyway. I'm also pregnant, really emotional, super tired and now it's about 9:30pm and I really wanted a roll. So, against my better judgement I personally went in to get service. Once there I was greeted by the nicest server and I almost forgot about the rude person who answered the phone. I even had to ask "are you Ally?" She said no, so I placed my order and about two mins later a girl came from the back and said to me. "I called Chris (the owner) and he said to charge you." So I said "oh your Ally" she proceeded to walk away as if I offended her, so I said " you know you were really rude to me on the phone" she said "NO!!! I said ma'am" and I said "no you didn't" and if I was in question about her attitude, it was very apparent that she had a huge attitude now. Even the other staff was embarrassed by the way she was acting. They were nice and tried to apologize for her attitude but it would have been better if the apology came from her, but that never happened. I was so uncomfortable that I asked for my food Togo. I've spent plenty of money at this place so clearly $2 wasn't the issue. The issue was the attitude and the lack of remorse. I felt humiliated and she could care less. I have worked for several restaurants in my 9 years as a chef would never allow my staff to treat my customers the way I was treated. I actually liked this place until last night but now I will never return again. This place is NOT Chef approved!!! All I can say is BEWARE!!! And watch...

We were a party of 5 and when we walked in all of the seats except for a six top by the front door and a large round booth were taken. One of our party loves this chain. I had high hopes because of all the wonderful things she has said about it. I have to be gluten free so going to a new place always makes me nervous. We ordered our drinks and started perusing the menus. We liked how most of the menus had different covers of record albums. At this point most of the restaurant had emptied out. The waitress (super sweet) came to get our food orders. When she got to me I said I needed my food to be gluten free and asked if they had any gluten free steak or chicken options that were not on the menu. I was excited when she told me they had gluten-free soy sauce and they could use that when making my food. I ordered their lunch portion of filet mignon bowl. The waitress said she would bring gluten-free soy sauce with my food. According to the menu it said it came with fried rice and vegetables. I ordered white rice instead of fried because of an egg allergy and my steak medium well. One of my friends ordered an appetizer and she got it. After waiting more than 45 minutes since getting our appetizers, the waitress came and said there was a "rice problem" but her manager fixed it and our food would be out shortly. Since the "rice problem" was fixed we proceeded to wait 30 more minutes for our food. When our food arrived I was disappointed to see the portion size but I decided it was fine and moved on. There was less than 3 oz of steak in my bowl. I did not get any gf soy sauce so I requested it. I started to eat and discovered my steak and vegetables were cold. The rice was lukewarm. Except for the one person who got sushi my other three friends, their food was also cold. No gf soy sauce, I started eating anyway. As I was eating I discovered my steak was not grilled or pan-seared. It was steamed as there were no grill marks or browning of any kind. The steak bites were 1/2" flat squares of meat about 1/8" thick. So strange. One of my party asked the waitress to come to our table and we told her about our cold food. She went and talked to her manager and our food was discounted 50%. Those of us that had a side of white or fried rice with our order were sent home with a...

For the price we paid ($50) I'd expect to have more than just little over what a microwave meal would have consisted of so the food is too expensive ... Food was mediocre at best and the waitress would either slam or slide our food/drinks down.. Need to list everything in the food on the menu cause what if something is in the food that someone is allergic to cause while not allergic my wife can only handle so many mushrooms and the rockin chicken bowl was full of them and she almost got sick cause of all the mushrooms and couldn't finish her meal... Super hibachi across from the mall is better quality food and more bang for ur buck... My 1st time at this sushi place and definitely will be my last time and same with my wife... Blessed be

UPDATE: After my wife getting food poisoning symptoms and ending up passing out in the car on the way home and then getting home we researched how Rice can make u sick we learned that left over rice can give u food poisoning symptoms or if it's stored incorrectly it causes fried rice syndrome and reheated rice syndrome which is a form of food poisoning from the rice... If the MANAGER wishes to talk to me about this then I'll be glad to and see what kind of agreement we can come up with all the manager has to do is leave a comment and ask for me to contact them directly... But yall r gonna get people sick if not worse... While my wife is feeling better now she still feels a little sick and weak... We will never be back to this establishment and I urge others not to go here as...

We visited Rock N Roll Sushi in Gadsden and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our server was a quiet but kind young man; however, he was not attentive at all despite only having two other tables. It also seemed like the restaurant was short-staffed, with 3–4 people working. One employee in particular was clearly frustrated and showed it through her body language and interactions with coworkers, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. We ordered an appetizer that never came, and our entrées (two chicken hibachi dinners and one vegetable roll) took over an hour to arrive. When they finally came, the food was cold to the touch. After asking for it to be reheated, it still took another ten minutes to return. To make matters worse, when the vegetable roll did arrive, it looked completely mangled (see attached photo). It’s a shame, because this location has great ambiance and so much potential compared to other Rock N Roll Sushi restaurants we’ve visited. Unfortunately, the service, food quality, and overall experience were so poor that we will not be returning.

Can I or anyone, say sushi because that’s what I ate tonight. Enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. My friends and I went out for a bite to eat. The food was worth the drive to Rock n Roll Sushi. The different types of sushi offered will leave your taste buds wanting more. Loved my Japanese bagel rolls, Crispy crab wontons, Sunset strip rolls, and Spicy crawfish rolls. It was so, so, so delicious. 👍🏾🍣🍱🎸🥢 Pros: Friendly environment Respectful servers Clean Handicap accessible Food decor is elegant and entertaining Convenient location Ambiance aligns with theme Meals served promptly Knowledgeable Fresh taste Variety of sushi choices Cons: Little overly priced but you are getting quality and a honest quantity of food

We ate dinner here on a first friday in gadsden. Even though they were very busy we sat down and ate in a little over an hour. The entire staff was hustling the whole time we were there. We had the egg roll and California roll for an appetizer. The sweet chili sauce with the egg rolls was delicious. For our entrees we had hibachi steak and hibachi chicken. The steak was tender. Both were seasoned well. The food quality was really good. Nice restaurant inside with a bar that seats around 10.
