I’m behind on putting my experience on the internet when it comes to SCOOP DU JOUR. This ice cream and dessert parlor is far beyond the rest and on top of it ALL is the VERY BEST‼️ I travel a whole lot with my career and have eaten at many different ice cream parlors from the North, South, East to West and this one by far is my most favorite place to grab a one of a kind experience from the food to actually conversations with the owners KOSSI & NITA‼️ They are the most hands on family oriented establishment downtown that I know. I just recently had the opportunity to eat their most famous PECAN PIE which blew my mind as I knew it would because I’ve already had the BANANA PUDDING which is also AMAZING‼️ ALL I can say is that if you haven’t had the chance to get by and experience this AWESOME ice cream & dessert parlor you are truly missing a VERY BIG TREAT and I’m very hard to please when it comes to my desserts because I’m ALWAYS comparing this type of businesses to my grandmothers cooking. If I had to suggest any changes it would ONLY be for them to open more businesses‼️Downtown Gadsden , Alabama was BLESSED when this ice cream parlor came to town. I just LOVE ❤️...

Loved this place, the atmosphere to the great selection and how polite the staff are! Talked to the owner (Kossi) hope I spelled that correctly, such a nice person, made our visit even better. It was a little busy, but even so didn't take all that long to get waited on. The Ice Cream was amazing, I had the Triple Peanut Butter, it was out of this world, and the waffle piece with just topped it off! Our daughter loved the cookie monster flavor she chose. We all three were very impressed! The prices are not out of this world, and the portion sizes are great! I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try, you won't be disappointed that you did. Definitely is now on...

Decided to stop here on our way home from the area! So glad we did! Both kids got milk shakes and I got salted caramel ice cream! My ice cream was the best I have ever had! I def recommend trying this flavor plus it has tons of chocolate caramel pieces in it! The girls loved their milk shakes! My daughters friend was walking out and door closed quicker than we thought and it knocked her milk shake all over her and fell to the ground! They were so sweet and gave her wipes to clean up and helped me clean it up plus gave her a new milkshake with no extra charge! The owner and staff are so sweet! The red headed boy who works there is very attentive to customers!!...
