I took my car to have my kenwood stereo, amp and kenwood 12 inch speakers in a box installed. A guy named Ivan took the responsibility of installing it and took approximately a hour. I took possession of my car, drove off and my stereo wouldnt turn on. I took it back and they tore it apart again and they said that the "ACC wire" wasn't hooked up correctly. I drove home the second time and it started smoking into my car from the trunk. I pulled over to the side of the road, opened my trunk, observed smoke and a smell of plastic burning. One of my speakers wasn't playing but the other one was, i lost my dash lights that went off. I decided not to take it back due to Abel having a party at his place of business, so i took it back the next day after work. It stayed there for almost 3 hours just for them to replace the fuses, Abel didn't come to the shop to talk to me but instead talked to me on his father's phone. I asked if my busted speaker will be replaced and he stated over the phone " No bro u gotta buy another one, those speakers are old". I will never go back to Abel's touch again or recommend him to anyone!! I gave him 1 star but he doesnt deserve any stars. BAD BUSINESS!! FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Better Business Bureau will be...

I called on Monday and inquired about getting an appointment.. she said yes we have to only take appointments..so I ask about the following Saturday.. she says yes what time I said what's your earliest time she said 10. I'll take it!! I left my car at 10...walked around and killed time for 2 hours and 20 mins. (the guy that I was talking to said it would take 2 - 3 hours when I asked) so when I arrived back at 12.20 my car hadn't been touched...sorry don't take appointments If you aren't going to "take appointments!!!"
