All About Flowers & More — Local services in Gainesville

This was once my go to for any flower arrangements or to just go and select a few flowers and take them with me when I wanted to drop them off myself. This morning, I actually found that they were no longer helpful or kind.

I asked for a particular flower and they told me that there were only a couple, then asked if I was to put them with others or if they were for delivery. I answered no to the delivery and she said then no, you can call tomthumb.

Seriously? I was going to tell her that I would look at what flowers were there and select more to complete a bouquet, I just didn’t have an idea of what all I wanted yet, but she cut me off, told me to call elsewhere and that’s all it will take for me to take my 12 year business elsewhere.

If a business is willing to send someone elsewhere so easily when they have the item in stock, then it isn’t much...

I live out of town, but a colleague was having her sister's funeral nearby. I called and worked with Carrie over the phone to create something beautiful to send to the funeral home. I searched their website and had an idea of what I wanted, but wanted to add a little to it. Carrie really listened to me and made the flower spray even more beautiful than I had imagined. Their customer service is spot on and their work is reflected in all of the images. I will recommend them every single time anyone needs a florist anywhere in that area. Thank you to the very talented staff of All About Flowers. I do not live in Texas and wanted to order flowers for a funeral we could not attend. I saw the online ordering instructions on the funeral homes web page, but thought the arrangements were very ordinary and expensive. I checked all of the local florist web pages and was very impressed with All About Flowers. I called them and told them only what I wanted to spend. For slightly less than what I would have paid for the smaller, very generic fall arrangement shown on the funeral homes site, this is the beautiful arrangement that was delivered. Thank you All...
