Where do I start… I have been going here for years and used to love it, but within the last couple of years, their service has steadily declined.
Front Desk: Kerry always has an attitude. They have failed to send my prescriptions/ patient information to the correct office on SEVERAL occasions. When I bring this up to them, they either give me an attitude or refuse to apologize. Very frustrating.
Wait Times: like most other negative reviews about this place, the wait times are ridiculous. No matter how early you arrive, you always end up waiting at least 15 minutes past your scheduled time to be seen (15 minutes is being generous btw..)
Care: I am not a fan of Dr.Coleman (the one with the glasses). In my opinion, she is dismissive and way too aggressive with her care. Heads up, the following is a little graphic:
She gave me my first ever papsmear and was VERY rough with me. I told her she was hurting me and she just kept telling me that so need to relax. She gave a half apology for being rough but never once stopped to ask if I was okay to proceed. I ended up shedding a few tears but I didn’t want to make her assistant uncomfortable so I kept quiet. Absolutely ridiculous experience. There have been other times when I’ve received exams from her and she inflicted pain without ever giving me a warning! I understand that sometimes these things are inevitable but it feels like Dr. Coleman doesn’t even try to be gentle! And when I tell her she’s hurting me, she doesn’t seem to take it seriously.
All this to say, I have given this establishment chance after chance to get their crap together and they fail every time. I am looking for...
Read moreAfter my recent OB-GYN moved to another county, I began to once again look into the HALL county area for a GYN provider. I was a patient at this clinic once and saw the nurse practitioner and Dr. Coleman (the owner). After four visits I left and never came back as the professionalism in this clinic is lacking. The staff left me in the room for an hour with out checking on me at all (I could pass out and no one would know), they were overbooked and medical assistants or techs were irritated and flustered, they switched up providers which leads to retelling your whole story over and over, had a classmate, who I didn’t want her to know my problems handle my file and contact me (which I verbally asked not to), and once I posted a negative review, Dr. Colman brought me into a room and made me feel guilty for posting a review and all the staff knew about it- even the phlebotomist said “we all know what you said!” when I came in the next day for blood work. The older receptionist looked at me with pity and everyone present made me feel uncomfortable for speaking up about their manners and practice of the Dr. The Dr.’s explanation and tone was more defensive then productive and her words were of “all clinics have long wait times,” which is not always true.
Anyhow, beware that this is a new page and all previous negative reviews were removed.
I had originally left a review of this office but was deleted due to the office changing and deleting their Google page which was around a 3.7...
Read moreThe professionalism of this office has steadily gone down over the years. Recently I had to have a follow up pap and ultrasound and also a procedure The 3 visits I had I waited over 45 minutes each time with nobody in the waiting room except me , and was never apologized to. One visit I had a procedure done and when I got in the room none of the instruments were ready so after waiting an excessive amount of time I had to sit there and watch the Dr. and her assistant fumble around the room looking for the things required for my procedure. The last visit that was a “consultation” could have easily been made by phone call or I could have gotten the results on My Chart, but since the Dr. insisted I come in I was charged $150 out of pocket for a 5 minute visit with the Dr. that was totally unnecessary. Also, every time I had an appointment I felt like nobody knew why I was there, even though they were the ones who scheduled me to come in. It’s scary to think that my health is in the hands of people who don’t ever seem to know what’s going on. I’ve given them plenty of chances to do better but it never happened, so I will be looking for a new...
