Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Gainesville

I have been back and forth about this review for several days but need to say something. For some background, I used to work at a Little Caesars so I know how things should be operating and what should be priorities. I live locally and have been going to this location for about 4 years off and on. Each time has been worse than the last. I am sad to say that I will not be going back.

I went last week on a normal weeknight for 2 regular peps. I was told that this would take 45 minutes and it was because online orders were taking priority and time. Several other nights prior to this, I knew it would be a wait so I tried calling an order in, but the phone was never answered. I tried for 10 minutes and 3 different calls but no one ever answered.

Little Caesar's main draw is Hot and Ready. The hot box has NEVER had pizzas ready to go as long as I have been trying. When I was working at mine, if the hot boxes were ever empty and people were waiting, we would either get our hours cut for someone who could keep up with the demand or we would be getting fired. Our hot box was NEVER empty.

I am not sure what management is doing at this location but it appears like they do not care about this establishment. It is embarrassing and they should feel as such. I am not putting all the blame on the staff as this type of issue starts with management.

I really hope management can get things together and see the issues and turn this place around because I just now saw an add for Dominos that their pizzas are the same price. So if they and give pizzas for less than 45 minutes than its the...

Too bad I can’t give it less than 1 star ! I would give it ZERO stars if I could ! I order 1 PLAIN CHEESE pizza on the mobile app for pickup and and after 40 minutes of the tracker not moving all from “your order has been placed “ I decided to go and check out what the hold up was . As soon as I go in I see a gentleman order a pepperoni and cheese pizza which the cashier then proceeds to pull from the hot box or whatever it’s called and at this point my mobile order still isn’t ready so I decide to go and ask her if they have any cheese pizzas ready and she says yes so then I proceeded to tell her that I have been waiting for almost an HOUR for a single cheese pizza and she ask the shift Manager im assuming if she can just hand me one from the box that is already ready and she says no because it will mess up the system. But what I don’t get is how they have cheese pizzas already ready to pull but my mobile order is taking almost an hour to be ready ! At this point it’s been over an hour to wait on a mobile order on a single damn cheese pizza ! Terrible service, terrible organization, terrible processes , terrible everything! It's very rare that I leave a negative review for anyone especially a restaurant where people are working hard for very little pay very little pay but this experience was absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absolutely absurd. My 8Month pregnant Wife and three-year-old son had to use the restroom And the employee working there said the restroom which is located in the very front of the store and open and unlocked was only for employees and that she could not use that Bathroom. As far as their food quality goes I was delivering an order so I'm not sure if the quality was that great however the Italian cheese bread Box was already soaked in grease pouring out the bottom I can only imagine what it tasted like. I do hope that someone in management reads this comment is not meant to be derogatory bstory but as more of an advisory that your restaurant is in poor shape there is trash outside pizza Box tops other garbage your employees seem to care little about the cleanliness of your establishment and above all and the most important thing is that absolutely no empathy for customers whatsoever and have no customer focus you're not gonna be in business very long Operating in this manner hopefully things...
