Very wonderful and helpful staff. Everyone was really nice and helpful while I was searching for a particular dress for an event. I was on the fence about making the purchase and did it just in case I couldn’t find anything else. I actually found something else and wanted to return the dress 2 days later. The receipt explains sale items are returnable 3 days after its purchase. When I arrived to the store an associate and the store manager Caroline explained I could not return the dress that was in pristine condition with tags still on them and they could only offer me store credit due to their strict return-policy. Nonetheless I was pretty irritated and kept the dress to resale to get at least something for this big purchase. However go in with an open-mind that 75% of their items are SALE ITEMS and you WILL NOT GET A REFUND due to their “strict return policy.” What irritated me even more was that Caroline lied and said that she informed me about their policy at checkout when she didn’t in fact a young lady named Katie did and still failed to inform me that this item was a sale item and was final sale. The associates attitude shifted and became very nonchalant and snarky about the situation I was disappointed about. I will no longer be purchasing from this boutique unless I know I will keep...

Very pretty clothes. Odd customer service. talked with the sales person about needing a dress for a wedding, but I would bring it back the next day if I found an alternative (which she said made sense and we had a fairly extensive conversation about) only to come back and be informed the dress was final sale even though it was still in the wrapping, with the stickers, with the tags on it, about 24 hours after they sold it to me, and the sales rep did not think to mention that when I told her I would likely end up returning it.
