KiKi on Monday when I showed up she was very nice happy and we had a laugh together because I sang the Kiki song.
I really don't remember if she asked me if I was dropping my trailer. I thought I told her regardless I don't remember any documentation showing that I dropped and I was going to drop 5538 Trailer
Well jump forward I checked in. Monday morning my appointment time was 2030 that night so be it. I reset my hours lo and behold they never got me a load told me I would be loaded the next day morning that didn't happen the afternoon that didn't happen in the evening that didn't happen could hardly even fall asleep Tuesday night I get a call. My Broker texted me right before midnight. The call came in at about 0127 hours the girl gave very good directions where to bring my trailer 5538 and drop it the problem was she should not have to give me that good directions. There should be a Universal map. Probably the frustrating thing is everything so congested here at this business. You have the security people/Pilgrim's pride, employees/the office and the plant employees They were very nice this morning. I'm at Triston at back area after I drop my trailer and picked up my loaded trailer trying to find my way for 35 minutes into my maneuvering in the back area, where I was trying to get around the back of the property west property line driveway to park and get my paperwork after I left the drop yard. No one tells you to pull in between the two trailers just beside the way scale to the south roughly 20 feet very tight maneuver that's a lot for a person to explain remember, knowledge is power get the universal map pinpoint these locations give a red line for the eyes on path journey from the drop yard, turning west squiggling through the two trailers and turning south along the property line, then banking to the east to park to get your paperwork.
No one seems to know anyone's name that's an issue. The right hand has to know what the left-hand doing. I repeat knowledge is power. I have met KiKI and Shanice with the security team. They do a very good job if Shanice saw me in that backyard I didn't even know she was in the guard shack probably should take initiative and notice what drivers are doing.
My beef is that the company is not supplying a map to tell people where the drop yard is it should be a universal map. Yes, I've been here years ago when I work for myself I literally got turned around in the back area my first visit this week I had only been in 1/5 of the entire property upfront
I went in an area they were cleaning which that's very important for the Chicken business so I backed my trailer my dirty tires into that area. They had just cleaned to get turned around to go back still not knowing where to go.
Shanice I got out of my truck very nice. Didn't want me stressing. ..
Marie did not make eye contact with me outside of her dark area keeping the glare down she had lights off her office.. I didn't even know if she could see me standing outside her office.
I understand, but not acknowledging me and letting me know that she sees me.. I asked her if she worked for Pilgrim. She said why wrong answer.
The goal was to communicate what it took for me to get to the spot. The importance of the map.
I then had to contact Supervisor to relay the information I was gonna give to her. Her response was I don't know what those people do back there not the right answer again if I had a buzzer, I would buzz it.
Remember knowledge is power are we going to sore with the Eagles or Peck with the chickens?
I'm giving three stars overall this can improve than my next visit. I'll repeat right hand needs to know what the left hands doing. Good luck you guys.

Firstly they aren't lying when saying this place is SMALL I can see an accident waiting to happen.
I saw another driver mention to take the south gate entrance instead of the north gate where the docks are and that was extremely helpful. Showed up at 2045 for a 2300 appointment time went down the street to the south gate, go very slowly around the building and park along side the yellow railing. Where a safety vest and check in at the guard shack by the stairs. Check in again at the shipping office by door 1 and vending machines.
Once you've checked in you have to find some place to park the walmart is 5 minutes away. I guess people used to park up on the curb but it's completely filled with the employees parking there now. They'll call you for a door you got 15 minutes. Take the south gate again go around and back into your door. Once loaded They'll call you to sign for paperwork and you're outta there.
I got lucky with this place my load was ready when I got there just placed in storage. They don't allow any parking on-site they WILL kick you out I saw an employee making one guy leave that tried to hid in the back drop lot they have cameras. The ladies at both guard shacks were extremely friendly and helpful however the young lady in the shipping office after getting into an argument with another employee yelling and screaming at each other for 20 minutes while drivers are waiting to check was rude. After loading went back to walmart and parked for the night. No restrooms at facility either.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis place is a dumpster fire. Small yard with the North entrance having a serious slope to it. South entrance is better but loading/unloading is back at the North. Maneuverung is a nightmare with just barely enough room to move through.
Got here yesterday and was informed that they were running 9+ hours behind and to drop the trailer off in a drop yard nearby to wait. That was about 14 hours ago at the time of this writing. The drop yard is a disaster, clogged with trailers and dingbat drivers parking there. Maneuvering there is a difficult task and I almost clipped a trailer due to a yard operator crawling up my caboose.
Its 0553 now and I'm finally in a door but there is no other activity save for the ramp being dropped.
Most of the staff is cool, willing to help as best they can. However, the lousy ones make up for it by throwing attitude at every turn.
Owner/ops, I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Company drivers, I sympathise with you.
Avoid this place if you can.
Edit: it is now 11:36 and they are STILL not done. I've been checked in and waiting for them to finish for over 24 hours now. I've never seen such a s#!+show operation.
1/24/23 edit:
I didn't think this place could get worse but it certainly did. The pavement is nothing but craters, the drop lot is stuffed to over capacity and now they, somehow, lost my damn trailer.
They seriously need to shut this place down and remodel it from...
