Five Below — Local services in Gaithersburg

The store located at 516 N Frederick Ave, Gaithersburg, MD says they open at 10 AM on Sunday. This store hour is posted online and at their door. I went there this Sunday exactly at 10 AM and waited for 20 minutes and left so disappointedly at 10:20 AM which at that time the store was still closed. During the 20 minutes waiting, at least 6 customers waited and left. It was raining hard during that time and I saw people running in rain to come to the door and running in rain back to their car :-(

I am wondering how the store makes money in this way or they don't really care about their business. Well Okey Dokey, wish them good luck. Bye...

As much as I love 5Below, today had a bad experience with customer service at this store. I came in the girl (apparently just got promoted to the store manager) at the CS register clearly saw me coming in and walked towards her, but she decided to continue chitchatting with her friend who can to visit her and I stood there for a solid 5min until she asked if I am here to check-out or return. Like what? When she was processing my return she was still chatting with her friend and told her that she can use her discount when...

Really good store! The employees are sooo nice, helpful and friendly. I love the "Hello! Welcome to 5 Below!" It's so cute!!! Incredibly organized and it's easy to find things. I have like 6 of their tote bags, highly recommend because they are pretty sturdy! The Art section is top teir!!!...
