I typically do not leave reviews, because it’s not worth my time…but after reading some of the other reviews about this particular Chipotle, I decided to share my experience. Hang in there, this is going to be a long one.
We got in to town on Saturday and decided to go to Chipotle for a quick dinner. It was getting late, about an hour or so before closing. Upon walking in, we noticed there was not a single clean table inside or outside. “Ok, I’ve worked fast food, maybe they’re understaffed” was my first thought. While ordering I took notice that there was at least 6 people working and most of them standing around…red flag #1. The staff members responsible for making the orders were not particularly friendly and did not communicate that they were out of several things. My boyfriend ordered a salad and wasn’t told until after they made it that they were out of salad dressing (he would’ve ordered something different if he had been told). No offer to exchange the meal or anything…fine, no big deal. No restocks on silverware or drink lids - they were kinda just sitting everywhere on the station (you couldn’t tell if they were clean or used, half of them were wet..) We decided to just eat at the hotel and call it a night because at this point it’s getting late and we’re over it. Once we get back to the hotel and begin eating, I see my boyfriend jump. I asked him what was wrong and he said that there was a bug in his food….sure enough, there was. We both stopped eating immediately. Nearly $40 in food, I would expect higher standards of cleanliness. Obviously this establishment has poor management.

Read moreI came in and ordered a steak burrito around 4pm yesterday. I've been battling severe vomiting and diarrhea since 3am. I'm currently glued to my bed with chills (no fever though) and the only time I can gather the strength to get up is when I get the urge to throw up again. I can't keep any more than a few ounces of liquids down or any kind of food more than two crackers. I will probably be heading to an ER soon just to make sure my unborn baby is ok with all of this vomiting.... (Thank God I haven't thrown up the prenatal vitamin I took about an hour ago...) You would think that I'd be smart and say never mind and leave when I saw that the steak was extremely fatty looking and most of the tins of prepped food looked not fresh, but nope my stupid self ordered anyway. When I got home and ate I spit out or picked out most of the steak from it being so fatty and chewy and gross but I shouldn't have eaten any of the burrito bc it was the least tasty chipotle burrito I've had by far and I had no idea I'd be waking up in a panic to throw up and have diarrhea from it at 3AM. This was my first time here by the way, I was so happy to move to a neighborhood with my favorite fast food but it's safe to say I won't be going here anymore.. Atleast the cashier smiled... UPDATE: I did end up going to the ER. I was extremely dehydrated and had high white blood cell count which means I had a bacterial infection. AKA food poisoning. I had 2 liters of fluids pumped into my system and I’m lucky...
Read moreThis is by far the worst Chipotle. The staff is terrible customer service is horrible! They don't listen and get mad when you question them. One young man only care about being cute and flirting. They are very cheap with the food with some people and very generous with others. They don't even give full spoonfuls of anything and then when you ask for more they want to charge extra. But they don't do this to everyone. There is no reason to pile it up but at the very least give the amount of food that people are paying for. Not just a healthy portion for people of your choice because you speak the same language.
Today there was no social distancing enforced and one young man decided to maintain his space from two women ordering. Although his plate was complete he was waiting until they finished before settling his bill. The staff behind the counter not paying attention charged his food with theirs and then spoke in Spanish to each other about this young man. The cashier then separated the order and slammed the bag of food on the counter. That is unacceptable. This man was patiently waiting his turn because although the mask mandates have been lifted social distancing when possible is important. I almost never go in this location but because I was in the area I did. Be sure that I will never again. You need to do something about this. All customers should be treated the same and...
