Hello I'm writing this review based on the outstanding customer service we got the first time we dined in. I, well both of us felt very welcomed when coming to the habit restaurant it was clean ,organized and a very comfortable atmosphere to be in, the cashier's seem to know the menu and answered every question she could about the food we ordered, and the supervisor Jonathan was very helpful when it came to any other questions we had as well he was very nice. The assistant manager was the sweetest lady to me and my mom she would bend over backwards to help us and explain anything she could😊😄 about any concerns or questions we had. We both really liked her and someone like her is very hard to find and come by, she seems like she has been dealing with the public quite awhile now. She is quite an asset to have when dealing with the public because she is again aware of how to deal with a variety of different issues that may arise when dealing with different people and situations in the fast food industry. She was coming out periodically to constantly check to see if we were happy and satisfied with our order and not in an annoying way, just to see if we were comfortable and satisfied with our food and that's something you definitely do not see everyday seriously!!! I know and have been to plenty of public restaurants and so has my mother in her past. Mrs. Donna Chaudhry seems like someone who should be working at the cheesecake factory at Montgomery mall instead of the habit ?, Because we always go to cheesecake factory to eat !, But she chooses to stay here and that's wonderful too😄😄 We are both extremely satisfied with Mrs. Donna Chaudhry and have started coming back more often because we want to see Mrs. Donna's cheery smile and very sweet , genuine smile she gives everyone when they come in to the habit 😊😊😊 thank you for having and hiring someone like Mrs. Donna Chaudhry someone very hard to find when it comes to the customer service industry, and customer service!!! Read moreI ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain, a side of french fries, and a coffee flavored milkshake. As far as I could tell, everything on the menu was being sold a la carte. If I am wrong and their menu isn't just a la carte, then the portion of the menu that is dedicated to combo deals/ or full meal specials, must've invisible because I couldnt find it. As a matter of fact, I almost left when I saw the prices but I was so hungry and didn't want to go elsewhere and have to wait their too so I decided to stick to the plan and try their food. The food was definitely pricey for fast food, my three items costed $13 in total, and left me wanting. The food tasted pretty darn good though, I really liked it a lot. The milkshake, however, was totally whack, it tasted like generic vanilla ice cream (not coffee) and was just subpar at best. I don't think that milkshakes are the Habits' specialty, but this had little impact on my rating and final review just because it's a damn milkshake and I dont think it should have the power to make or break their business's success. Sadly, despite my overall positive review and the mostly delicious menu served at "The Habit," I probably won't visit very often anyways, despite the mostly great flavor. This is for 2 reasons, the first being that the portions are way too small. Now, I know what you're thinking, I got a PLAIN chicken sandwich- how huge could I be expecting the sandwich to be? Well, let me put it like this- McDonalds plain chicken sandwich makes the Habit's plain chicken sandwich look like a slider. The Habit tastes better but I won't still be hungry after eating a McDonald's chicken sandwich, and it's like half the price. Which brings me to my next problem, the price. The food is great, but it's too little food for too much money, and this is the sole reason that I won't be back. It’s comical how consistently incompetent the staff at this location is, as well as whoever’s in charge of customer care. I've given this place far too many chances, and they have consistently let me down. Why have I bothered coming back? In the rare off-chance they actually prepare my order correctly, I do quite enjoy their food. And in the past, if they did mess up my order, they were quick to make it right, via a refund or credit, through their customer service portal.
However the last TWO times I’ve come to this location, they again botched my order and what’s worse, they completely ignored me both times. No response, no refund, nothing. This is beyond unprofessional—it's outright disrespectful. Why even bother having a customer service portal if you're going to ignore complaints? It’s clear that they don't care about their customers.
I’m done with this joke of an establishment. If you enjoy paying for mistakes and being treated like your concerns don’t matter, then by all means, waste your time and money here.
