Gabe's — Local services in Gaithersburg

The cashier was very rude! There was 3 costumers in line. I was the 2nd in line. She took forever on the transaction. I waited patiently, I was with my mom and my toddler. When it was my turn I told her I had 3 transactiont. She seemed upset over that but I didn't pay much attention to it. Its was 3 small transactions. After the 1st transaction I received a coupon. I wanted to use it for my 2nd purchase. She told me it had to equal 25 dollars without tax to use the coupon. I said ok, yes it's more then 25, then she proceeded to tell me again like I didn't understand. I said yea, it's more then 25, believe me I know. Then she got so upset. She told me in a rude tone that she was just explaining it to me. I said yes, and I told you that it is over 25, I told you the first time you said it. I thought to myself Its basic math! Then she started mumbling stuff. I asked her why she was so upset? Over a coupon? Really?? Why was she so mad. I didn't know then but the manager was ringing a customer next to her but didn't say ANYTHING. I later found out it was the manager because i remember the cashier called her Karen. After i left the store i called to talk to the manager. The one who answered as manager was this Karen person. She apologized but I just don't understand how she did not see her behavior when she was working the register. Anyways I didn't respond to her rude behavior. I'm definitely not going back there. I'd rather drive 30 minutes to frederick, they have better...

I was at Gabe's this morning in Fredrick maryland but the cashier was so unprofessional. Whiles she was ringing up my stuff's I took one of the dress to take a second look at it before she ring it up . she shouted at me saying that I should not touch it & that she just want to be clear about it. Also there was no price tag in the body spray that I want . I spoke to the manager about it , he gave me another one & asked me to tell her to ring it up because they are both around the same price. When I told her she refused to do it. I ask her to verify with the manager but instead she turned around and started asking the other cashier if she has cast her vote. She ignored me completely. . I ended up walking out of the store without the body spray. She is dark in complexion with a low cut hair. Her attitude is very bad . I really love Gabe's but I will not let her be my cashier...

I went to Gabe’s in Gaithersburg. I stopped in to see if I can find maybe a couple of T-shirts for a trip. I needed to use the restroom but unfortunately they did not have a restroom for shopping customers. I had to go to the Domino’s across the way to use the bathroom and they made me purchase an item. I feel like if I’m a patriot and I am purchasing items I should be able to use the restroom. The store was messy. It was cluttered. The manager was not very friendly and I would never shop there again. The store was cheap so I guess you get what...
