As many of the other reviewers, I agree! This place is very unprofessional. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. If you are looking for the beautiful experience that comes from buying a quinceañara dress this is not the place. I went because it was recommended from a family member of the owner. I knew deep down inside I should have went to a couple other places but because my daughter fell in love with the dress and they made sure to let me know we wouldn’t get it on time for her photoshoot I caved and ordered it from there. Found the same dress later on for $200 less at a place that treated my daughter like a princess. It was too late. I got over it. It gets worse… I go back to pick it up and pay the rest. She totally forgot she offered the crown for free (she even pointed and told us those are the ones that we can choose from). She offered it for free because I was hesitant to buy the petticoat so that’s when she offered the crown but when I picked up she said she never said that. I knew $200 was too much for the petticoat but with the crown she offered I was ok with paying the overpriced items. Even when my daughter’s aunt went to make a payment on the dress she asked her if she could see the crown she offered with the dress and she showed her the same ones she showed me and didn’t correct her about it being free. Not something I would just make up. Anyway she did offer a 50 percent off the crown but after I paid for the dress she walked away and didn’t ask if I still wanted it. I had to tell her excuse”I’m buying the crown” I mean I was already there right. But the fact that she just walked away. So rude. So if you want to go to a place that over charges, doesn’t keep their word, doesn’t make the experience a delightful one with rude customer service you have found your place. Jessica was wonderful with helping us find a dress for Prom that was not available in store. My daughter loved the dresses there but was set on a certain LaDivine dress they had but not right color or size. She helped us find the dress but not in size and did offer tailoring. She also suggested other similar dresses in her size. I was lucky enough to find the dress in her size from an online retailer. Jessica was still helpful when i wasnt sure was a scam or not by sending me questions to ask. Customer service was excellent. We will be looking here next year for prom and homecoming. She was gracious when we didnt end up ordering from her. ...

Everyone was very attentive when I went to get my Quince dress. They also helped me with all the decorations for my quince which included, al the center pieces, linens, chargers, utensils, seat covers, cake backdrop, and my paper flower wall. My dresses weren't fitting my waist due tot he fact my waist is much smaller than my hips but that was not a problem since they did great alterations and they fit like a glove.
