The other night I was there and my intentions were to buy my girls a whole winter wardrobe and also a few outfits for a friend as it was her birthday the next day. My little one is 4 and needed to use the restroom, I politely asked the young girl at the register and she gave me the rainbow look and said "it's for employees only" with the nastiest attitude. I left the store without buying anything since I had to hurry out to find a restroom for my daughter to use. I just wanted to highlight the terrible attitude towards us that night and I know perfectly well that if I don't return there, it's not going to affect their sales at all, but I'm never going back there, not unless that girl is no longer there. I also understand some places don't allow customers to use their restroom because some people could leave it messy, but I'm a responsible adult and my daughter only had to do number one, what mess could she have done in there? I wish she could've been more understanding of the situation but some people don't have any empathy and need more social and customer...

Not the best place to shop at all, had a terrible experience with the staff who are very disrespectful and I will leave it at that. This is not the only bad experience so this is an ongoing problem, not just situational. I do not recommend shopping here due to the staff. The cleanliness of the store is another issue. The store definitely has a bug problem and a laziness problem on behalf of the staff. I don't like to shop in filth and the smell has gotten worse. The horrible odor has settled in the clothing and it smells terrible just as the store does. I don't believe that the problem will get better but has gotten worse with time. I definitely don't recommend shopping here because of the staff and the sanitation is probably violating several codes and this place is not safe...

I absolutely love this store in my small town of glac its perfect family place for all size groups... I do however wish they had more younger plus size options and the Judy blue jeans tummy control for us mommas in the world they have so much to choose from even shoes to perfumes and house items... I have not had one rude encounter on any of the employees they love me and my husband when we come into the store weekly they always say here comes our fav..power ...
