Harbor Freight — Local services in Galax

Been buying a lot from here but I'm done. I would rather spend more somewhere else. went in knowing the exact item I wanted and ran into a sales associate coming from the back of store. I ask him to help me find the item and he said he had to go clock in from his lunch break first and then he would help. So I headed back up to front of store where I saw him and he then told me he could not help me because he had 4 more minutes on his lunch break and he would call another associate. By this time I was getting frustrated, so I ask the girl at the front register and she did not know where it was located in the store.there were no other people in the store shopping at the time so having this kind of treatment is no good. Finally a couple associates found the item I wanted and when I said I appreciate the help they ignored me and were very rude. Also this whole time the first guy that said he could not help me because he was on lunch was just loafing around the register. What a bunch of worthless, lazy sales associates. The things I like about Harbor Freight are the large selection of tools and equipment and their prices are decent. The thing I don't like about Harbor Freight are the pushy salespeople at checkout. "Have you signed up for this?" "Would you be interested in that?" "Whats your email?" "Would you like an extended warranty?" I would much prefer if they just had signage stating that these services are available and if I wanted any of them I would ask about them.
