Bojangles — Restaurant in Galax

Last my BF and I ordered the 2 for $5 bo berry sausage biscuits and it was near 11am so maybe it was due to the fact breakfast was pretty much over every other place however the biscuits were hard and the sausage patty was chewy and very hard to eat. It was even thrown together with the sausages half off the biscuits and they both were like that and the frosting had been on them so long it crumbled off the biscuits. Then this morning my BF and I were the 2nd customer they had this morning I know for a fact cause we parked and waited for it to be 5am there and open so we could order fresh breakfast before we went off to work. I will say that they gave us fresh well put together boberry sausage biscuits that are still 2 for $5 but we also ordered some bo-tato rounds in size medium which is suppose to be 6 bo-tato rounds to the order is what we were told and after driving 6minutes to work we look inside of our to go bag and found only the boberry sausage biscuits....and no bo-tato rounds. I thought the 2nd customers of the day and already they had messed up something to where we had to drive 6minutes back there cause no one answered the phone for the number on the receipt so I could request they just correct it another day so my BF and I could get to work. However he wanted the bo-tato rounds enough to say he would run over and get them for us anyways and he dropped me off and quickly ran back across town to tell them they had forgot them in our order and when he finally got back to where I had been waiting for him he brought a bag with a medium order of bo-tato rounds that only had 5 rounds in it when it was suppose to be 6 and they were entirely undercooked. It was just a really unpleasant breakfast and 2 time in 2 weeks it hasnt been good enough to brag on but it's been terrible enough to let other people know how bad it has been recently. We were the 2nd customers....I hope they can find a way to turn the day around and do better....good luck to all involved it's...

Ms. V (according to her name tag), does not need to work the front counter. She was rude to me, my family, and my friend on 8/11 around 10:05am. I asked if they had any specials to which she responded to we have two sausage egg for 5. I initially ordered that but changed my mind mid order to two bo-berry biscuits. This seemed to have upset her to the point she sighed out loud. I then ordered a regular Bo-rounds and she asked me how many, this confused me because I ordered the regular which I guess would be a small. She asked me again how many I said the regular again. The rest of my family ordered and at the end i seen she rang the Bo- rounds in as another Bo-biscuit I was polite and I informed her that it was wrong. She sighed out loud again and said it close enough to the same price and left it. I went ahead and paid. She ripped the receipt from the machine and stuck her hand out and didn’t even make eye contact with us. food was correct but the way she acted, her tone, and body language was...

We went there and it was a disaster. First off when we got there the health inspector was there checking temps and looking around for cleanliness. This isn't a bad thing, but it had to be mentioned because it was like time stood still. What seemed to be the manager was showing the health inspector around and we were left with the front counter girl, and it seemed it was her first day. We went in for the large sign out front to try the new chicken sandwich...no chicken sandwiches. Then we asked for tenders...no tenders. We ended up on a 20 PC fried chicken family meal and quite honestly the biscuit was the best part. I give the 2 stars for the food because every place has a bad day especially when the inspector is there going over the place with a fine tooth comb but I was definitely expecting way more especially from a place that's known for...
