You can't go on a trip without visiting antique and thrift stores! Peace of the Past North is smack dab in the middle of Main St in Galena. If you park and walk up and down Main St you won't miss it!

This was the BEST antique store I have ever been to. It is family ran and everyone is so nice. The prices are fair and the collection of treasures surrounding every inch of the building is breath taking. I walked around it, maybe, 5 times and found something new each time. I felt like I was walking into so many different timelines, I just loved the atmosphere so much. You get a free book mark with each purchase and I believe they have two stores!
