I took my daughters iPad in to get a new screen and the experience was great. 2 days later the iPad home screen button was not working so I took it in and the guy put a home button on her screen to use until it could get fixed. When i took it in for that to get fixed the guy told me if he could not correct the problem he would replace the iPad. He had the iPad for 2 months after that with no communication other than me calling to see what that status was. He said that her screen was not working correctly because of a charging port problem. We never had a problem with the iPad until taking it to this place. I left 3 voicemails to the company with no return calls. . Finally, I just went to pick the iPad up and he said it was not fixable. The customer service was horrible, as we tried calling multiple times over the next WEEK, trying to get information on why it wasnât done yet. Went to pick up 8 days later(today) because they refuse to answer their phone. He then proceeds to hand it back still in the same condition we left it with him in!
