I took my daughters iPad in to get a new screen and the experience was great. 2 days later the iPad home screen button was not working so I took it in and the guy put a home button on her screen to use until it could get fixed. When i took it in for that to get fixed the guy told me if he could not correct the problem he would replace the iPad. He had the iPad for 2 months after that with no communication other than me calling to see what that status was. He said that her screen was not working correctly because of a charging port problem. We never had a problem with the iPad until taking it to this place. I left 3 voicemails to the company with no return calls. . Finally, I just went to pick the iPad up and he said it was not fixable. I paid $150 to get the screen repaired and the other problems happened after the repair. I definitely would not recommend this place. Shady. Go straight to Apple with the problems, this place is...

Brought our 8th generation IPad in last Thursday with a smashed screen just looking to get it replaced. The guy originally acted as if he could get it done within the next 48 hours. The customer service was horrible, as we tried calling multiple times over the next WEEK, trying to get information on why it wasn’t done yet. Went to pick up 8 days later(today) because they refuse to answer their phone. He then proceeds to hand it back still in the same condition we left it with him in!
