Bought a Series X for $450, got it home and it won't run longer than 20 minutes without shutting down. I bring it back in to swap it out, and they want to charge me another $50 for the other console. Do not bring your money here. They sell defective equipment and then get mad at you for asking them to fix the problem.

Well, since you want to respond with a funky attitude, just like others have stated. YOU sold me a defective console. You didnt test it properly or you have caught the issue. You didnt even take the time to reset the thing. What I need and use my console for is none of your business or your concern. The fact is you sold me something that doesn't function properly. You said out of your own mouth that "Series X consoles have had smoke coming out of the top of it due to overheating." But you still purchased them and sold it to me. Instead of you guys eating the $40 difference and making it right, you grabbed the console and started shaking it, acting like a lunatic. So yes, I will do everything I can do to make sure nobody visits your business.

Was in a bad spot and needed some extra cash. Had been to this location a few days ago and was rejected immediately. (My own fault of course it was 20 minutes until closing and trying to show them an item from a newer company not alot of people know about). At the end I was satisfied with the experience as a whole. Employees are nice and the lady I dealt with personally gave me some pointers for future sales of gaming consoles(don't wipe so they can test them) got a fair deal for the items I was selling. Definitely will be returning to this shop in the future. Had some decent stuff, a little over priced but wouldn't give me a price on a bag of items that wasn't priced, and after I gave them an offer just said no and still didn't give me a price.
