Our Spot — Restaurant in Gallatin

ADA discriminatory. They need to check into their ADA laws regarding service animals. Denied service this evening. Staff needs more training. Complete lack of service. The complete staff needs training. Do not go here. We went in to go and enjoy some time with friends and were immediately told that we could not come in with my husband’s service dog. She was on vest and she’s registered with the department of health and human services. The bartender went to speak with the owner to check on whether or not we were allowed and she said no.

Also, a few of the handicap spots are roped off and picnic tables and motorcycle parking are allowed in those spots instead. Horrible accommodations.

This place needs to be cited by the county and possibly the state. I reached out on Facebook and have yet to hear anything back. Irresponsible business owners.

Reach out to my family and change my mind of the place. If not, then you all deserve all the negative rates...

Bars like this one have a special place in my heart. Several fond memories have been made here. Three pool tables are provided in the back of the bar, along with two electronic dart boards. Saturday nights are reserved for karaoke. Live music is played every Friday and singers/song writers are featured every Wednesday. It would be a shame not to hangout and experience their unique type of leisure. I recommend you try their "Our Shot" house shot while you're there. It is definitely a favorite...

New smoke free atmosphere is wonderful!! We pop in anytime, now that we don't smell like smoke after we leave!!👍 Funny, but I noticed all the smokers outside laughing & talking together having fun!👍 I love the Rock bands,🥳 sometimes it's a little loud for the size of the room.🤷🏻‍♀️ Once they realize & turn it down it's nice, clear & crisp.
