If I could give them zero stars, I would. I had the WORST experience with them. They sold me a broken washer. When I tried to call, the number was disconnected. When I finally went down to their store, they arrived thanks to a camera system that detected me at their closed store despite an “open” sign. They had their “tech” come “fix” my washer, which made it even worse. They said they’d be to my house at a certain time and never arrived on time, the 3 times they came out. The ONLY good thing is they gave me a replacement washer once I showed them the shown video and pictures after they “fixed” it. I would never buy from them again even if they paid...

Co is a SCAM. They probably relocated and changed their name. Went by store and everything was gone and number no longer in service. They closed. Purchased a bundle less than a yr old: stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. I've reach out a few times to resolve the matter. They keep telling me they have to see when the technician could come out and get back to me. I had availability the 1st attempt but they said the tech wasn't free. The 2nd attempt they put it on me and I explained i need a more definitive date because of the tenant. I haven't received any follow up and now I can't get through...

We wanted a new refrigerator and we checked this store out based on a recommendation from a friend, and we were really impressed. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for, answered all our questions, and delivered and installed our applinace quickly. I will absolutely buy from these guys again in the future. In a world of big box stores with call centers, these guys are personal, professional, and when you call them or walk in the door you're talking to a real human who wants to work with you to help you find what you need....
