The pizza here is FANTASTIC! the black cat bought an old pizza recipe that belonged to Pasquinis pizza that was in Pleasantville 50 years ago. This pizza, although looks like your standard NY slice, is something different. The sauce is unique tasting and so is the cheese. The crust is thin but with a nice cornicione. The pizza has a little bit of oil left on top just like the old days. Try the sausage, it's a unique sausage and very tasty. If you want a different experience, please try this place, if you're a local, it's a nostalgic trip, if you're from out of town, it's an old time experience of the area. We also shared an Antipasto which was awesome. Staff is friendly, i gave it 4 stars only because i haven't tried an other food there, but believe me, THE PIZZA IS...

The service was for the most part good, employees were friendly and there is a nice casual feel about the restaurant. The food - I never understand a place that serves a large salad in a bowl but does not provide you the proper utensils to dish it out with. The pizza had a nice sauce but without a harder crust you have to fold each slice in half in order to eat the bottom 1/3rd if it. And the all or nothing concept of putting basil leafs on it. You are either getting over powered by eating a whole leaf in a bite or underwhelmed by having to take 3 bites without tasting any of it. But to each their own, for what the wife and I enjoy, this is not the place to return to. But for others with different expectations, give it a try. They do have a lot of...

3rd time we’ve been here, and food has gotten progressively worse. My fiancé ordered chicken francese (probably not the best thing to pick from a bar and grill) but when has chicken francese ever been spicy, have peas, and have no cream sauce? We notified the waiter and she went to talk to her boss and she brought the plate back and said “this is how we make it we can’t switch it or refund you”. I then asked if he could come speak to me, and she said “you can go over there and talk to him”.

This is not the waitresses fault, how do you run a business like this? No wonder the parking lot is half empty, we tried to go to 19th hole and it was slam packed. Only thing they got going for them is the pizza.

We will not be coming back. I do...

Black Cat Bar & Grill was a nice choice after traveling through the rain. When walking in you first recognize the spacious bar area. The seating area around and into another section is nicely arranged. The music was a perfect mix and the food was very good. The crab cake sandwich was delicious and the perfect size. Homemade and browned just right. The fries were the perfect addition. The Turkey Reuben Sandwich was a choice well made and if you're any kind of Reuben fan this is a must-try. The desert area faces you when sitting near the bar and is so inviting. Prices are very affordable and The Black Cat Bar & Grill is a must-visit. Their pizza also looks delicious and their options are plenty.
