I went in to exchange a light bulb that I was told would work. I purchased the bulb at a different store and did not have the receipt. I had the packaging and the bag it was in. The cashier said they didn't have the bulb for an even exchange, they had a brighter light that was twice the price. I said I'd pay the difference and he told the "manager". She said "No, with no receipt". I waited there for about 15 minutes, said I'd pay the difference and this "manager" says no. Waste of time, poor service. I went to the other location and made my exchange there no problem. I will not be going back to this...

Came in for a new battery and just as I was about to pay, he looked at it and recognized that the dead battery was from O'Reillys. I had no idea which store the battery was purchased as its my dads. I gave my father's info and sure enough it was still under warranty! He did a charge check and determined it was dead or on it's way out. Im not giving five stars for a brand new battery at no cost. I'm giving five stars because he took the time to ask questions and track it's history. Great customer service on a hot busy...

Employees (esp the short young kid employee) don't care that some of us are there with our mothers or children and talk loudly/joking about "aint no b*hs in Gallup".... spoke to employees at other store and they understood and apologized for those unprofessional people and we're very much more helpful.
