Staff is very rude, my wife asked for a price check on an item at the register in the middle of the store. Guy (Didn’t get his name) in the middle Register told my wife “you can Get it check at the front register” and changed his mind like she was inconveniencing him. Then we went to the front register to check out and “HOLLY” who was working up front was the worst. We had asked her if she could check the price on a product since it was in the clearance section and she said “if it ain’t marked, it ain’t on sale.” Then we said ok well let’s see what price comes up and we asked again is it on clearance and what the price was then she points to her screen and says “look! If it doesn’t come up on sale, it ain’t on sale.” So we said ok we won’t take that item. Then she went on to say someone had put there and didn’t put it back and we told her there’s not just one but a few of them In there. Then she says “yeah people pick up boxes of them and leave them there and all over the store all the time.” But they’re clearly there on purpose and not in boxes. Most of the items that are in the clearance area aren’t marked at all!!!! At this point I tell my wife forget it and we aren’t going to be purchasing anything from here today. Then “Holly” comes around the register and TELLS us “leave the cart there so I can put your stuff back.” We told her this isn’t our stuff because we haven’t purchased it. Meanwhile, I’m trying to get my daughter out of the cart I tell her I’m going to move it right here which is by the turntable bagging area. While she’s trying to grab the cart like I’m going to run out of the store with it. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE! FORGET THIS PLACE AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE. Keep in mind we came here to avoid the line at Home Depot and also to support the smaller business but after this experience, I don’t mind waiting in line at Home...

I called to the store told the manager she said we have a replacement handle here at the store you can come pick it up. Went to the store to pick up handle there was no washer on so I was looking for one in the store then another store clerk came up to me and said you are gonna have to pay to the handle (she was coughing up a storm may I add).
