They Help you find exactly what you need, Explain it to you, and then carry it to your car and loaded for you. I also love the return policy on all items, just ask. They also have awesome sales and deals on top of their low prices and parking lot sales almost every month. They have the best prices and quality anywhere around (including Albuquerque), I've price checked myself. Zero stars,, Melissa the manager didn't want to help my husband exchange a water pump that we purchased a couple days ago and we noticed that the Guage doesn't work we tried to use it but doesnt work.. She was very unpleasant and unprofessional, she doesn't know how to handle a customer that is upset nor does she know how to exchange a product. She needs to be demoted or fired. The store has most items which is nice. One star lacking from five is the female cashiers. The 2 I encountered were not nice, no greeting, just a tired look on their face and attitude. I asked about a sale regarding an email I received but the cashier told me it was for members only, but I called later about it, after reading the fine print.
