KFC — Restaurant in Gallup

If I could I would give this place a zero they were awful customer service I ordered two famous bowl fill ups from the five dollar box area on wendsday and didn't get any cookies or drinks and even had to pay a few cents extra then what I should have payed I asked them about it and they did not help instead they said they can't fix it because we didn't order the five dollar famous bowl box that we just ordered the bowl by it self we said we didn't want the bowl by it self we wanted the deal with the drink and cookie and they didn't care they said they couldn't fix it then were like so we not only payed extra but we got a lot less all they had to do was give us our box with the cookie and the drink. Terrible customer service by the drive through. We just wanted some hot sauce after our order was given to us and the women at the drive through completely ignored us. She even closed the window even though she could clearly hear us and see us outside of the drive through window waiting for her. So sad customers have to receive this kind of customer service from such a great restaurant. A gentleman who was not even working the drive through came closer to assist us and apologized. Shawn was AWESOME! Mary Pleasant and very helpful! Came up to take my order after I had been standing there already for a bit and no one else was paying any attention to me as the only person they're trying to order inside the store. Sean even took the extra steps to do my fries with no salt because I am not supposed to have the salt for health reasons and honestly don't like things that taste salty anyway so I truly appreciate that!
