I leave zero stars for this appliance store. I do not recommend them. They manipulate and they over charge for their products. I am paying 4,000 dollars for a washer and dryer set. I have had the dryer set since October and it has never been set up till this day, it just sits there unused. The washer machine does not fill up with water it barely has any water to wash the the clothes. I tried to return the set unused. The store claimed I had used the merchandise. I highly recommend Aaron's you can find a beautiful brand new Matag set that fills to the Brim with water and that brand new set is only 1,200 dollars for both. I have had another disappointing purchase in my lifetime by paying 4,500 for a machine that does not fill with water also there is no key to adjust the water level on the machine. Another big disappointing purchase in my life. Their claim is they helped me by selling me an over priced washing machine. Another plus about Aaron's is that they do not report to the credit agencies. I would give castle furniture no stars but the app does not let me post unless I put one star. Exactly the H20 has new velve and the washer still does not fill up with water. I tried the washer machine one time and I tried to ask Castle furniture to please pick up their appliances because it was not what I was looking for. I wanted a tub that filled up with water. The Electrolux washing machine I am making payments does not even have a lever that allows you to make the choice of how much water the machine washes with. The company said the machine was used and refused to pick it up. The dryer remains wrapped in plastic unused. Bought a propane water heater back in April at castle furniture in Gallup ,,, myself and a co worker installed it and had a hard time igniting it the first time and was working okay ,,, then the second time it stop working and we had a hard time igniting it again and still not working till today ,,, been a week now ,,, called castle furniture and told them that the water heater that they sold me was giving us a hard time starting up and from there they gave me a run around ,,, I don't get why they just can't just have someone come out and check on it ,,, they told me that it's the manufacturer product and that they have to have someone come out from GE co !!! And I was like WTH !!! They're based out at another state how are they supposed to have someone come out their not gonna have someone come out and spend their monies on 1 water heater !!! So from there I got the run around and still gettn the run around !!! I am so pissed right now i don't understand why they can't just have their own service people come out and check on there own products that they sold me ,,, instead they tell me to call the GE CO and ask about there warranty,,, and I was like WTH ??!?!? I purchase a washer and dryer from this castle furniture place.. it started out … they were late very late with delivery that so I had to send the technician home that was going to install our washer and dryer I still had to pay the tech to come out to my house.. when they finally delivered the product the techs didn’t know how to take them off.. I ask them questions but no reply.. when my husband finally decided to put them together there was no instruction book for both of them.. and finally the person that sale the items to us call and I mentioned it to her and she said or get you one.. which she was gonna give me a xerox copy but I need the instructions that came with dryer to get the cv code to place for warranty..today my dryer is not working and I called castle furniture and they just gave me the run around..and hung up on me.. very professional.. so people never go over to purchase any furniture.. I should have gone to Home Depot that was my bad on my part.. I purchased a couch from them years back and I never had any problems with them..
