Can I leave MORE than 5 stars? look, I didn't even buy anything here. This review isn't about that....but rather, EXCEPTIONAL customer service. His name is Rob. I was in on Friday, Sept 12th, searching for a very particular breaker. Rob greeted me (he was actually outside weedeating grass by the parking lot upon arrival), I showed him the breaker we were replacing...and he was now on a mission. He knew this particular breaker was discontinued by the manufacturer, but knew precisely which would work for me. Searching the computer, 5 in inventory. Fantastic! But, none could be found on the shelf. Rob didn't give up that easy....he searched, and searched, and searched. Front area of the shop, the warehouse, other shelves and boxes. It wasn't to be found. He knew I couldn't wait as I needed this breaker ASAP, and knew I intended to go next door to a competitor if I was left with no other choice. Rob researched what Home Depot had and reluctantly sent me on my way. Naturally, HD didn't have it in stock either, and, no HD employee could be found. I called Elliott's again and spoke to Rob to ask if there was any other comparable breaker he was aware of that may work. He gave me a couple of ideas of what to look for. As I'm staring at literally hundreds of breakers, all foreign to me...I hear a familiar voice walking up to me in HD. It's Rob from Elliott's. He walked next door, tracked me down and was there to make sure I found what I needed. This level of customer service is so far above-and-beyond anything I expected. Blew me away. I'm not an electrician, so my needs at Elliott's are few and far between, but Elliott's will be a top consideration the next time I need ANYTHING electrical...thanks to Rob. He was friendly, positive, knowledgeable, helpful, outgoing and just a genuinely nice guy. I've been in customer service for over 31yrs. I've been the first-line contact, the lead, the supervisor and now a manager. Rob's the kind of employee I want on my team. Rob's genuinely priceless....

Salvador, Darren and George are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always go the extra mile to locate specialty parts for me quickly so I can provide excellent service to my customers. The store usually has exactly what I need or can get it the next morning. Inventory is always very organized and well stocked. If I have to place an order they always call me as soon as it arrives which is nice. Thanks to the entire staff at Elliott Electric...
