Subway — Restaurant in Galveston

GROSS. the options sucked, the food sucked, and their attitude sucked. As far as variety and options that subway usually has available to offer, this location had nearly nothing when it came to sauces, meats, and especially cheese.

They had only provolone cheese, only rotisserie chicken and ham, and just 2 sauces. (So much for “build your own”) And the rest of the options looked bad. What remained of the avocado was black goo in the avocado container. Made due with what was available, got a sandwich and shortly after, regretted the decision to have gotten subway. It did not sit well with my stomach almost instantly. i hadn’t even finished it yet and my stomach was very upset. The service was a joke, she was a total B for absolutely no reason and didn’t care or try to make the sandwich good. She seemed almost mad that we walked in.

Moral of the story: AVOID...

My husband and I walked in at 9:40pm. There was a guy behind the counter cleaning out the line, I said hi to him and he ignored me. We stood there for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. The guy behind the counter went to the back and never returned. A few minutes later a short girl walked up to the front and said "can yall wait 10 minutes? They're cleaning the line." As someone who has worked in fast food for over 6 years, this is unacceptable customer service. Your guests should never be ignored especially when they're the only people...

The food itself wasn't bad....the tea could have been better though. My big complaint was the checkout service. They had a special for $6.99 for a sub, small drink and chips I was going cookies as well.

My total came to be $13.90 and was handed a large drink...I said 'what happened to the deal? And I want a small drink.'

Then quickly rings me up, now it was $9.50...then once the receipt printed, I was not asked if I wanted....the cashier simply threw it away before I...
