Our salesman, Floyd was the most professional, kind, and friendly customer service rep I have ever met. I was simply blown away by his customer service skills; it's just something you don't see nowadays, he was definately oldschool. He was patient, and never pushy, and took the time to go through the entire selection with us and basically interview us for our personal preferences. He related to us, guided us to our perfect bed.
