Great service. Horrible delivery time. Both purchases i've made the sales teams knocks it out of the park. The problems are with the delivery team. Both times they promised to deliver our furniture in a certain time frame and both times they have drop the ball. They never call to schedule the delivery, I'm the one who called them both times to remind them about our furniture a week later after the promised delivery time. After speaking with a supervisor (Jeff) he tells me, sometimes deliveries sneak in to their store with out anyone keeping track. Well, that tells me your inventory is always off and some one is not doing their job. Hope the store president can fix this issues. It kind of ruins the experience. 9-21-22 (Update) since I can only edit my original review instead of adding another review, here is the recent visit to this store.....In december 2020 i order a twin bedset with 2 night stands.They showed up May of 2021 with one night stand damaged, returned it and was told a new would be ordered. Its September of 2022 and no night stand. Today (Eric) who is management tells me that the night stand is no longer been manufactured. (GREAT thanks for wasting my time). In January of 2022 I order vanity for my wife and was told 6 of them were on they way to the store and should arrive in late July. Well guess what....its September and no vanity. What a shocker. It turns out they are on a ship somewhere and they cannot give me a date of arrival. Which Eric said thats not good news. Folks, this is ridiculous and how this store stay open i'm amazed. I have read all the reviews this store has (good or bad) and overall are not that good of a store. We decided to get a refund on the furniture we had on order and finally move on from this store. I have to tell you I feel a lot better now that dont have to hear their lame excuses for not delivering. Folks, they are not the only place who sells furniture plus the internet is makes it much easier to order it yourself and will you will get it a lot sooner....
   Read moreWe were there for one of the big sales recently and received great help from an out of town appliance brand representative we then went to the counter and waited for about 20 minutes to receive help while there I noticed a few other people who still hadnât received help with the order papers in their hand and asked them if they had been waiting for awhile which they stated they had been. There were many sales reps walking through the office area. They may have mistaken us for other customers waiting for a giveaway which I understand, but never asked if we needed help or assistance I finally grabbed ahold of a rep and he was very nice and helped everyone around the counter who was there. Our item was special order and havenât received a call for about a week we called and said they we had given the wrong phone number by one digit in the system but was clearly the correct one on our receipt which is no big deal and I understand little things happen. The lady who was helping then stated we never called back and said they couldnât reach us (because they had the wrong phone) number and said âI guess we can hold it for youâ even though they couldâve easily contacted us via email as well.    Read moreWell considering the last 2 reviews I'm glad I only got this far. But I drove 1hr to shop for my son a bed or at least to see if they had something.. My mother who is handicapped came along. This place was the only place that had what I wanted in stock. So the sales lady gave us the price and it sounded reasonable but we went an talked about it at lunch then went back.. I had decided it was a good purchase and I love it and my son will love it.. So after getting home cleaning out his room and get things set up I get the phone call that they made a mistake the bed is actually 2x more then what I already paid for and that we have to pay more or get my money back. I will not pay extra for something I already bought.. Also they had an hour or two to notice this mistake while I was out for lunch thinking it over.. I'm a Store manager myself and if we made a mistake we sucked it up and eat it.. It was my fault and I'll take the butt biting before I make a bad name of my company.
