I had an AMAZING prenatal massage this morning at Gravity Wellness Center! I left feeling so relaxed and my aches and pains were resolved. The prenatal massage I had today was a little different than your typical massage. Because of being pregnant, I cant lay on my belly. So they began the massage in a massage chair. This allowed full access to my back, neck and hips without having to lay on one side and rotate to the other on the bed. They use warmed oil for your massage, and aromatherapy when you get started. After your back, hips and neck have got the attention they deserve you move to a regular massage bed, which is heated by the way, and everything goes as normal (with additional pillows for your baby belly and legs for extra comfort). I also had the foot scrub and scalp massage which was INCREDIBLE for my sore feet. They used warm scrub, warm lotion and then wrapped my feet in warm towels. HEAVEN. I also suffer from migraines so the scalp massage with warm oil was the perfect addition! Finished off my massage with a cup of hot white tea and a great shower in their locker room. If you are pregnant, you HAVE to get a prenatal massage at Gravity. Your body needs it and you deserve it! My first taste of Gravity was for my health, I began seeing Kristi and absolutely love her. She truly listens to my health goals and concerns and makes realistic plans for achieving them.

More recently I have had the pleasure to experience the spa, I chose a package thanks to a gift card I won at a local event. I enjoyed a manicure/pedicure with Val, she does an excellent job polishing. She will help you to reset and get ready for the week with a nice foot massage and fresh polish. Next, I relaxed with Mireya for a 1 hour massage. She knows just how to relieve tension and soothe sore muscles. Following that she brought me the most wonderful coconut tea.

My spa day was completed with a facial. I highly recommend Veronica. She has amazing product knowledge and my skin is thankful for her recommendations. Her manipulations are relaxing and delightful. Her facials are a restoration of youth!

Excellent service & hospitality from the whole staff. After the night my shin splints are relieved; So thank you for all the bells & whistles, i added on. At the end of the massage Nessa & I both agreed we didn’t feel like we were in Kansas anymore

I also signed up for the sport & recovery IV drip, was painless & nurse got my vein first try. I’ll start by saying I drink a lot of water, almost a half gallon+ a day & I found out I still needed hydration after this. Looking forward to adding as a monthly regiment
