Cabaña Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Garden City

My fiance and I stopped by to get some food at 8:30 p.m. on a Monday. The restaurant was nicely decorated and felt pretty cozy. We ordered some tres leche cake, three barabcoa tacos, a steak gordita and a chicken taco on the side. The tres leche was under baked. We were hungry, so we ate it and just didn't say anything. The gordita and order of three tacos didn't come with the sides even though we ordered from the entree menu and were charged the listed prices. The gordita shell was very under cooked and was cracked open across over half of the side. All four of the taco's tortillas were also undercooked. We thought about going back to ask about the missing sides, but after seeing how poorly cooked everything was, we decided not to. The server was unfriendly, which is fine on its own, but she was also rude when taking our order and giving us the food. The server kept wiping the doors' windows, but the floors were pretty gross looking. It really seemed like the people working were annoyed to have any customers come into the restaurant. Had online order. Missing half of it tried to call phone line was busy went back. The guy that handed me ordered acted surprised told him what was missing didn't even enter into computer 5mins later called another host over and still didn't get entered... 5 mins fter that asked again what I was missing... waited another 30 mins 1hr and 15 min after originally ordered... then asked for refund and to speak with manager... manager never came to counter but supposedly okied a refund... but I didn't find that out for another 10 mins because original guy I was talking to walked away... different host told me that.. when I asked for a card for manager to make sure I was getting a refund I got blank stares and the. They walked away worst service I've ever had... aswell as food that we did receive was cold and no flavor will...

We went in with our daughter’s service dog to be thrown out. We had just sat down and was approached by one of the workers that the manager was wanting us to take the dog outside. I explained to them that she is a service dog and has been in the restaurant many times before and never had any problems. I was told again that the manager doesn’t want the dog in the restaurant we could take her outside. I asked to talk to the manager and asked them the reason they were throwing out a service animal and if they understood that they had just broken the law by doing so.
