This was the worst customer service I’ve ever received in three decades of choosing Pizza Hut.
I tried using the app which glitched sending the order to a location in Kansas City. I called their location and due to paying ($38 w/tip) via Apple Pay they could not refund my money. No problem, they were courteous in explaining I needed to have a local manager here contact her.
I then called this location. First I placed my order, then explained my situation. I was then put on hold before a Tim or Tom was on the line stating he was a manager. After going over this entire ordeal a second time he said he needed to speak to someone above him.
Now ten minutes into this call I was beginning to become extremely frustrated. Next a Melissa gets on the phone. I explained the situation a third time, offered the manager’s information at the original Pizza Hut, to then be told I was being ridiculous because that is not how franchises work.
I don’t know, I don’t work for Pizza Hut, I don’t know their internal processes or procedures. She and I then become heated to which she responds by hanging up on me. - I was unfamiliar with the hang-up on the customer policy.
I then called back to ask if I could order my pizzas. She answered and obliged me in taking my order but now my two medium pizzas are $50 without tip! Nice…
I pay with a card to simply end this pizza chase. I did tip the delivery driver, this wasn’t his fault.
I feel I’m getting no refunds so with the $60 in Garden City and $38 on the Pizza Hut app I have paid a total of $98 for two medium pizzas.

Read moreNeed to get some more competent staff working. Our order we were told wasn’t ready. Waited 20 More mins to find out it had been done the entire time we waited. Get home, one of our pizzas is wrong. Called and was told we had to bring the wrong pizza back. Cool no problem. My son had already started to eat it and my husband was trying to explain that and the worker wanted to argue. I took the phone, and explained the situation again and asked for a manager. Said we could either come back and pick it up or wait for a delivery. My husband said he would come back. The workers acted like he was going to harm them because he was frustrated for all the issues. The workers made comments to the other workers to stay with him because “this guy could be trouble”. Honestly highly inappropriate to make comments in front of a customer who just wants what they ordered. Again, had to wait for the pizza to be cooked and cut. Overall this experience wasn’t worth the horrible taste of the cold pizza and terrible wings. The only decent part of our order was the cheese breadsticks. Read moreFirst off when I called the person on the phone was extremely unprofessional. Then the charged me for everything I ordered extra, ranch, paper plates and jalepenos on my pizza. I did not get ANY of it delivered to me but i got charged anyway. Then it literally took an hour to get here and all my food was cold. The only pleasant experience was the delivery guy and thats just because he didn't talk. Even eating was horrible because I was sooo mad thinking about while trying to choke down cold pizza. The only reason i ate there in the first place was because I really wanted jalapenos. They charged me three dollars for them and forgot to put them on.
