If i could give them 0 stars I would. Moved out of the coverage area in august and contacted them regarding disconnection of service. I was under the impression it was disconnect. I received a surprise bill this month 2 months past due! contacted them they had no records of me contacting them for disconnect. they were not willing to work with me, I was willing to still pay for the services of september (even though I HAD ALREADY MOVED since August 15th). Needless to say I have been a COX customer for 7 years now and am disappointed that they treat their loyal customers like this. I get to the store at 6 because i work from 6-6 so I took off just a few min earlier to get there before they closed and I also called to let them know.
