BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I purchased a washer and dryer from them and it has been an absolute nightmare. While at the store they told me there was a 1 year warranty, come to find out the 1 year was only on the dryer. The washer only had a 30 day warranty sand broke within 30 days to the date. I called them, they told me I needed to pay $65.00 and they would fix it. Then 2 weeks later, I now have to pay for a part that costs $95.00 so I am again giving them the benefit of the doubt. After waiting and additional 3 weeks they call me to say the machine is fixed. The delivery guy runs it to clean the inside and guess what??? It is still leaking. They send a repair man. He says that he cannot fix it but that they will call me back to talk about a trade option. Next day I call them and am informed they are only going to refund the labor. I argue with them that this is ridiculous, they need to at least trade this for another. They call me again to say they will not. WILL NEVER BUY HERE AGAIN. And will post this review to as many review sites as possible. Will also be contacting my local consumer...

We had a problem with our refrigerator; the ice maker is not working, high temperature on the freezer side and also the chiller is not cooling at all. We called the Low Country Discount Appliances and they immediately scheduled us for refrigerator condition assessment on the following day. Jay came to our house the following day and he thoroughly checked all the parts of the refrigerator if properly working including inspection of the temperature inside the freezer. He confirmed that all essential parts are working properly and that he advised us to totally defrost the refrigerator for a possible reason of the refrigerator was not working properly due to frozen line at the back since all important parts are working. We followed his advise and very happy to say our refrigerator is now in normal working condition. We highly recommend the Low Country Discount Appliances if you have any trouble...

Really disappointed. I understand that as an appliance store, there are certain expectations with the stuff you buy, but honesty is key.

Getting a refrigerator from this place recently has been awful: 1.They say that they are going to come one day to deliver the fridge. It comes hours late. 2.The fridge door doesn't close properly. The workers PUT TAPE ON THE DOOR and says 'IT HAS TO COOL TO SEAL'. B.S.! 3.You call to have the door fix. They don't show on the appointed day, and then give a b.s. response essentially saying that they'll come when they can.

With a 30-day warranty, fix the damn appliance and stop messing around!

What trust I could have had is no longer redeemable....
