I rented from this location! When I first stared the young lady that was pregnant was so pleasant to us. But when it comes to the other manager Sylvia and keen they are so unprofessional. I was one payment behind due to having covid and they told me I couldn’t make a payment arrangement on my account because they were closed 1/1/22. They told me I had to send my doctors note in to get an arrangement! When I had a major surgery and was 3 payments behind keen never asked for a doctors note! The delivery drivers are unprofessional, who shows up to someone’s door smoking a black and mild, which I have on my video camera at the front door! The last delivery driver comes in my home and ask us do we want to buy weed! Really! I have had plenty of paid off furniture from multiple rent a centers but this is by far the worst one! I will not be returning to this location! Oh and to make the matters worse I was told by customer solutions that I’d be getting a call from the regional manager and never did. Not very good business. She does not adhere by the company's policy , mission, or values and poorly demonstrates leadership. Before I paid off my washer and dryer set I had issues with it. The dryer stopped working so I was issued a replacement until my dryer was fixed. Weeks later after my dryer was supposedly fixed thoroughly it still had malfunctions. I have to dry a load exactly 10 times which is running my electric bill to the roof. Jamie said she would call Whirlpool but couldn't get in contact with them. I waited 3 days later to call back to see if Whirlpool will be coming out. She argued me down about contacting them when she was good and ready! She advised me to go on ahead and call corporate.
